We came in the night before a cruise and had really had an exhausting trip to that point. Easy check in and staff were friendly and helpful. Suggested some restaurants within walking distance. Really nice location on the River and the Riverwalk is just out the back door. Just a little warning - if you are there when a cruise is leaving - the morning can be a little of a mad house and there was a long line for the elevators between about 9:30 -10:30 with people leaving for the cruise dock. It did not impact breakfast or checkout but did impact trying to get back to our room! I definitely loved the location on the water!

There was only one person helping people check in so that was annoying. When we got to the room, the toilet had toilet paper in it, and the toilet would not flush.
