My friend's stay (which I booked) at the Comfort Inn & Suites Downtown Brickell - Port of Miami was fantastic. The location couldn't be better—right in the heart of downtown Miami and close to Brickell. It made exploring the city, dining, and shopping super convenient. The proximity to the Port of Miami was also a huge plus, especially for anyone planning to embark on a cruise. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, making my friend feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was especially comfy, and appreciated the quiet atmosphere, ensuring a good night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a nice touch, offering a variety of options to start the day right. The fitness center and pool were well-maintained and a great addition to the overall experience. Overall, the Comfort Inn & Suites Downtown Brickell - Port of Miami is a solid choice for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Miami. It was a great stay. Clean and spacious room and the position of the hotel was really convenient. The only problem was the noise from the outside cars/motorbikes. I would pick this hotel again, thanks!

It was not bad. The elevators seemed to be the greatest hangup. That and the breakfast lines (maybe add even a third waffle maker?). Brighten up the breakfast area along the river and add a little more seating. The room was comfortable and the staff were great. We did have an issue with the TV and called for assistance. It took several hours for response (I fixed it myself - loose cable). Parking was a little wonky but that was not terrible. Our view was horrible in the room, but there really is not much you can do about that.

Great stay
The room was perfect but the breakfast was not great. Some of the staff at the front desk were not friendly and helpful. There was no parking and the person that was there was rude and unhelpful. Other than that our stay was very pleasant.

Hotel was ok. Clean enough. Problems were only one working elevator and completely booked hotel for cruise-wait times were extremely long for the elevator. Not so great when you’re on 12th floor with luggage. Pool also very small and LONG lines for breakfast in the am. Hotel did not seem adequately equipped to handle volume of occupants.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly unfortunately we got there very early because our flight landed early and our room was not ready for almost 5 1/2 hours. They were a lot of people staying at the hotel and one of the elevators were down so sometimes it took 20 minutes to get on an elevator to go to your room
