I liked the decor of the room, the cleanliness and the upgrade. The breakfast was a hit wirh us also. The selection and the amount that was available to us. We also appreciated that we were able to pay in cash.

Close proximity to the airport and airport shuttles were nice. Rooms are very loud from outside noise (airplanes, trains). There are no outlets near beds to keep phones on nightstand and have it charge overnight. Free breakfast was also convenient. Not very walkable. Elevators were not all working for the days that we were there and the ones that did had long wait times. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. For the price and amenities a quick stay here is fine.

If you are going to charge 50 early check in make sure the rooms are clean and you notify the customers that the only thing available is the airport side. So they can make a decision on waiting to check in for a less noisy room for a later check in time.

A little far from shopping, and restaurants. The staff can be a little friendlier. The lobby is chaotic. The airport transportation is free, but the driver missed us, so you might as well get other reliable transportation.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The lobby is exquisite and the rooms spacious and well appointed. We had cocktails with French Fries after our late arrival which we enjoyed. The free breakfast was far better than other free hotel breakfast options. The room rate was reasonable for a hotel of this caliber.

Our AC was broken, we never go to use the elevators because after 20 minutes we used the stairs and I have a broken toe, way too much cheese on the pizza, they had no pickles for the Cuban sandwich , and overall the food and drinks was overpriced for this place- the wings were delicious.
We stayed here for the Talylor Swift concert:)

Love the free shuttle to the airport and free breakfast that has anything you can imagine for breakfast! Perfect room combination for 3-4 people. Large windows are questionable for privacy. Staff at all levels are personable and friendly. Food at evening reception was all vegetable except for chips and sauce. Needs more variety

We booked from 10/14-10/19/24. Our first room was infested with roaches, we didn’t discover this until 2 nights being in the room due to the first night, we checked in, I hung up clothes in the closet and put the remainder of our clothes in the drawers(something I never do but did because of the longer stay) we left and didn’t come back until late at night and immediately went to sleep, the next morning I had a preop appointment for 7am plus other appts, again wasn’t in the room until late the second night, well when I flipped on the light there was roaches running in all directions on the counter where our food had been placed. They were running in the cabinet area that leads to the refrigerator all over the snacks that were placed on the counter in our premium room. I was horrified to say the least. I immediately called down to the front desk to report this, from then I was up all night shaking out more than a weeks clothes for hours until I was exhausted, there was roaches even in the drawer with my panties, socks and bras, unbelievable! Later that morning, our room was switched to a non premium room even though I paid for the premium room, we went in, everything appeared ok, I went over to get a cup to make my husband a cup of tea and there was a roach in the cup, thank goodness we had just walked in and hadn’t started unpacking, we then had to leave our bags downstairs and wait on a room to be available, the 3rd room.This was a horrible experience beside staff was great

Overall amazing property, however there was one bartender that was a bit rude. My girlfriend and I received a couple of the complimentary drinks and sat near the bar since the TVs there had the MLB game on. The bartender made a “jokingly” comment that how are we going to bring drinks over here but not order anything from me. This was very off putting and instead of enjoying our drinks in the beautiful lobby, we did not feel welcome and retreated to our room. Additionally, the hot tub in the pool area was cold, as the water was not getting to temperature. Another guest that was in the hot tub made this same comment that this was not a hot tub. It was slightly colder than the regular pool. I went inside to the bar, as that was the nearest place to find an employee and I was in a towel. I asked politely if there was anyone I can talk to about the temperature of the hot tub and this same bartender made the comment that that is not our job.!She said Im going to need to talk to the front desk cause thats somebody else like maintenance. As I began to walk to the front desk she said nevermind she will call them in a rude tone. The issue was not solved. Overall, the front desk staff was very helpful, kind, and was able to answer all of my questions from check in to check out and even helping us get shuttle to the airport. Regardless of the rude bartender I would definitely recommend.

For starters, we booked a king suite room while specifying there were 2 adults and 3 children. Assuming that room would accommodate that number sleeping as they asked the ages of the children:16,13,11, and they allowed us to book that room with that many people. We got to the room and there was the king bed and a pull out couch. Requested a roll away bed as we had 5 to sleep and they thought the request was insane. Not sure how many teenagers they expect to sleep on a queen size pull out bed but it clearly would not work for us. Not only that but the room I specifically booked came with snacks as we had been traveling all day and I knew the kids would be hungry and that would buy us time to make arrangements for dinner. However, snacks that I paid for, were not in the room and despite requesting and reminding the hotel staff of our payment of them, the snacks never showed up. And it took 3 separate times requesting the roll away bed before that was delivered. Breakfast was “included” but as we had to leave for the airport before the breakfast started, they gave us voucher cards for a to go breakfast bag in the morning. These were not available. Finally, do NOT use the wardrobe on the bedroom as we found live cockroaches crawling out of it. For what I thought was a upper scale hotel and would be a relaxing reprieve from our travels turned out to be worse that your average comfort/holiday inn. Save the money and take another option that is likely nicer and cleaner.
