Short stay, great location, historic
It was cool to stay in a historic hotel. Pretty outdated but that’s to be expected. I liked that we could open the windows. The staff was very friendly. We had to stay an extra day because our cruise was delayed a day due to the hurricane. It fit the needs of our family. I would definitely stay here again!

I was apprehensive of staying at this property but I booked a suite and it was amazing. The staff was super attentive from house keepers to front desk. Juan in particular stands out. I had left an expensive pair of sunglasses at the desk and a day later returned them to me when he saw me. Originally was going to book at the Clevelander but so glad I did not. This hotel is much more quiet and the beach is walking distance.

I loved the staff at this hotel it was a chill vibe they were helpful with my accommodations and I enjoyed being there. They have everything there pool , bar, food it’s a high vibration vibe. I use to hang out at the bar over 30 years ago they have a DJ everyday great drinks and food I would stay here every time I go to South beach it was awesome I had my own suite on the first floor with a garden and waterfalls huge bathroom it was great!

Rooms had no refrigerator or microwave. The smallest bathroom I have ever seen. Room was small and located by the busy street all I heard was traffic and loud music. Phone in room didn’t work and ice machine was out of order. Had to go to the front desk to ask for ice after waiting for an hour for someone to bring me ice I used my phone to call the hotel because the phone in the room didn’t work. They said someone was coming and if I didn’t receive it and 5 five minutes to call back of course they didn’t come I waited 12 minutes and I called back they stated someone is coming 10 minutes later someone finally comes with ice. Not to forget the elevator is raggedy.
