the place looks clean in pictures. outside looks pretty, once inside, the there was ants on the bed, flies flaring around, mold on the ceiling toilet, sink, bathtub dirty, everything was dirty. the guy in the front desk was very rude, wouldn’t listen when we told him we were missing a microwave. he finally gave us a microwave from another room after we started arguing and wanting to speak to the property manager, all we wanted to do is warm up our food. this place is worse than a motel. i would not recommend anyone to stay here. we only stayed one day and changed hotels since it was so unsanitary.

Room smells very bad and was dirty. I bleached the whole room and couldn't get rid of the smell. And shower had a stain that appeared to be something very unpleasant that I was able to scrub out. Only 1 staff person at a time, so there was times you had to wait for them to return for service.

Here’s the translation: Terrible place. I do not recommend it. Cigarette smell in a non-smoking room, clogged sink, burnt-out lights, dirty bathroom carpet, crumbling soap, broken phone. Don’t go with your family as the environment is not suitable. People partying, smoking, and drinking. I’m not going back.

I asked for non smoking yet my room reeked of smoke. Room was old, bed sheets dingy. People smoking weed outside. A bug bit my fiancé in the room. This place is so bad after an hour I left.

This is a property you stay at if your flight is delayed or cancelled overnight. I do not recommend staying longer than 2/3 nights. The rooms are very subpar and there is a stench of mold. The continental breakfast is coffee, packaged muffins and packaged oatmeal, nothing else. The staff is careless and the older man that works the front desk is rude. When I stopped by the front desk to get my key reprogrammed I had to wait 25 minutes because no one was there. After walking around to property to find anyone to help I found two house keepers who pointed me to a room where a man was. I told him I needed my key fixed but there was no one at the front desk. He said he couldn’t be at the front desk because obviously he’s at the back getting towels and that there was no one else to help him. I’m still not sure how that had anything to do with the customer- no apology no anything. The first day we left the ac off while out, when we came back the condensation had the floor very wet and slippery so I took a towel to wipe the floor. See photos for how dirty the floor was on our first day. Won’t be coming back, not a great or even ok place to stay.
