Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel was very clean, updated, and comforting. Nice lobby seating area. Typical hotel breakfast, but I normally dont eat much for breakfast. Free shuttle from airport and to the cruise port the next morning. Id definitely stay again.

Overall the property met our needs for our stay a day prior to our cruise. The staff at the front desk and in the dining area could’ve been friendlier and helpful. Since the only food in the immediate area was a food truck at neighboring hotel easier access would be great. The shuttle to cruise was late and time slot we requested wasn’t available.

Our hotel stay was great once we got here. We waited over 40 minutes for the shuttle to take us from the airport to the hotel. I called the hotel to inquire about the shuttle and was on hold for a good 10 minutes. The hotel is clean and the front desk staff was very friendly.

Staff was terrible on the phone, hanging up on us, transferring us to voicemail instead of answering questions, putting calls on a continuous loop. Also charges to my account that were made by others who had the same last name but were in other rooms. Hope this won't be a battle to fix!

I did like my room very much It was comfortable for a couple of days. What I did not like is the fact that the elevator buttons you had to really push in to go down that panel really needs to be fixed.
