They DO NOT have a shuttle to/from the airport or to the Miami port!! It was a clean property with a good breakfast. However, it had absolutely the worst reception for phone i have ever seen. I couldn't use internet or access anything. I HAD to go down to the "business center" to do any work because i couldnt create a hotspot. Their wi-fi was barely better, but not secure like ither places. We have ATT so shouldnt have been a problem. The wi-fi is what killed it for me. Not the level of Hyatt i am use to.

I always enjoy my stay at the hotel. I have been coming since 2018. I love all the staff. I only ever seem a little pushed back with one front desk rep. I understand the job can be demanding but a smile sometimes. She is always so straight faced and unapproachable. Other than that I enjoy my stay. I feel safer compared to other hotels in the area.

We had an excellent stay the night before our flight. We had seen a few negative reviews ad were nervous about what we'd find, but with the exception of some worn seats in the dining area, everything was awesome. The 7am uber to the airport was less than $10, and a nice quick ride. We nitice that an uber at 8am was more than double, so timing is everything in uber-land. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property

Terrible experience
I had a terrible experience at the Hyatt Place Miami Airport-East. The hotel was incredibly dirty, with stained floors and deteriorated furniture throughout. My group used three rooms, and two of them had issues with the bathtubs, where the water was draining very slowly, while one room had a problem with the toilet. The carpets were filthy, adding to the overall unpleasantness. The pool had green algae covering the walls, which was highly concerning. When we asked about moving to different rooms, the staff informed us that there were no other rooms available. They also said maintenance would come the next day at noon, which was essentially our checkout time. This was my first time staying at a Hyatt property, and it will most likely be the last, at least for this category. A truly disappointing stay from start to finish.
