RH hotel with all the creature comforts.
Bright and spacious room. Allowed for us to wind down after a week of cruising. We enjoyed a local pizza place down the block and went to bed early. All of the furniture was like being in a RH catalogue. The bathroom was big enough to share and had all the amenities.

Juan checked us in. He was great. The manager also assisted with check in and accommodated us for being silver status members. Property is squeaky clean and tons of amenities. The pool is lovely, as well as their bartender. They have everything you need. Will return. Thank you Kimpton for such a great stay.

We loved this hotel! Nice rooms, comfortable beds, very clean. The rooftop pool is lovely and nice sun loungers. Social hour in the lobby is a nice bonus. The location is very convenient for Lincoln Road shopping, bars and restaurants. The jewel in the crown at this hotel is the staff. They are all so warm, welcoming, and helpful. A big thank you to GM Jose and the team for a wonderful stay. We will be back!

We loved staying here as it was walking distance from a lot of places we wanted to go and an easy Uber ride to other venues. Staff were friendly, room was clean, and it was an excellent stay overall.

Finding the access to the property was a bit confusing. When we finally pulled up to the valet parking area the attendant wasn't that friendly or helpful. The check-in was seemless, however, and the service agent got us an early check in, which we very much appreciated. The room was alright. Don't like that there is no complimentary water in the rooms. Paying $9/$10 for a bottle of water that's usually about $2.50 at Walmart is ridiculous. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was ok. What I didn't like was that our balcony was not private. The mesh seperators really killed the vibe of having a romantic moment. I'd rate this stay a 6/10

There were bums around the property so I felt unsafe to walk my dog at night. There was no grass sea area for me to take my dog out to go to the bathroom so I had to walk across very busy street in order for him to go to the bathroom and grass. Room is small. The beds were small. The room was dusty and stuffy. We got a City view, not knowing that we would be overlooking a really crappy roof and no Miami skyline. Staff was rude when I asked questions from a safety perspective. The doors downstairs were unlocked at all times. However, in order to go up the elevator, you do need to swipe your card, which is a good thing from a security perspective I would not book this room again, and you would think with the evacuation from Milton that they would be less pricey, but they didn’t deduct anything for those for those of us evacuating from the hurricane.

Conveniently located walking distance to sunset harbor, Lincoln road, and other top spots. The rooftop was an unexpected wow(!). All the staff was welcome and friendly. Made effort to accommodate my needs like a complimentary late check out when my circumstances called for it. Super nice. The restaurant downstairs had a proper bar and great vibes.
