The place itself is very nice. Room on 44st floor was well equipped, clean and spacious. Very large pool area. Good location, close to Brickell mall and many dining options. On the negative side, the elevators were constantly slow to arrive, and it often took 10+ minutes, with stops at different floors, to go up or down. At one point, an elevator got stuck for over 20min with no communication, despite using the alarm button. And we heard many other people compatibility about the elevators. Our contract was very friendly, but in the end, we didn't receive any compensation or explanation.

I have an amazing experience here, staff member met in front with easy check in and instructions. Quick communication, the apartment was cute and clean. Nice view. I would recommended if visiting and wanted a nice view of the city.

Greta place very neat and clean the only issue is parking , I paid 50 dollars for parking one night and I lost the ticket, and then they charged me extra 50 dollars which is una fair and abusive most valley parking in Miami use the phone
