The jacuzzi was running non-stop for over 6 hours.. And no i didn't reset it! I pushed one time and it came on..and never stopped running! So imagine trying to sleep with a jacuzzi running all night!

Everything about this stay was great. The room was perfect. This facility needs more food options. Had dinner at La Brisa and the service and food were very good but a limited menu. Perhaps adding a buffet option would go a long way.

El personal y el hotel es excelente, todo es muy bueno pero una de las cosas importantes para pasar en familia es la piscina y ese hotel más de una vez lo eh visitado y tenía piscina jacuzzi gimnasio y ya no tiene nada de eso, que pena q decayera, está muy simple no creo regresar gracias

I booked a room with the jacuzzi tub. I am 5 7 and i will say it is the best..it was so derp and roomy. The jets are under you. I was so relaxed. Bed was comfortable

The hotel itself is nice. The restaurant La Brisa is amazing, gorgeous and very quality food. The lounge is super fun, casino is good. What we absolutely hated is a suite that had a separate living room without windows, dark, ugly and useless. The room was clean, except someone’s hair found on the extra blanket in the closet (disgusting) .

Not a bad stay
They advertise an airport shuttle but it stops running after 7pm. We had to uber in from the airport. The front desk had 2 people working and a line out the door. After checking in, the resort was very nice. Everything is very convenient.

Confirm your hotel transportation before you book as you can only get one transfer. I did this when I booked the weekend before my cruise that I would get a transfer from the cruise port to the hotel, as I could not call 3 days prior due to being on the cruise. When I arrived back in Miami and called the hotel to get my complimentary ride to the hotel, I was told it would be over 3 hours before they could come get me. I spent $50 on a Lyft in the rain. When I checked in, I asked that since I wasn't able to get the ride from the cruise port, I would get the ride to the airport in the morning. No problem I was told. I need to be at the airport between 6 and 6:30 AM... Oops, problem...their service doesn't start until 7 AM. Another $50 Lyft ride. The money I saved booking this place, I lost on transfers they couldn't do. Needless to say, I will never book here again, and wouldn't recommend it to someone else either.
