Beautiful beach/ swanky accommodation
This was our second time to stay here. Great appliances and beautiful views. Nice beds, sheets and pillows. I only wish check in and check out were smoother and that there were extra elevators. The former understandably overwhelms the employees and the latter frustrates guests and leads to less pleasant interactions. Otherwise, this is a great place.

6 day beach vacation and college tour
My wife and two teenage kids had plenty of space. The master suite was more than adequate fit my wife and I. Really enjoyed the rainfall shower, comfortable king bed, and balcony access from our room. Both kids shared a room with two comfortable beds and an attached bathroom. The kitchen wasn’t gourmet in nature but was more than adequate for breakfast and lunch. The balcony s also accessible from the second bedroom and living room. The property was very safe as we were constantly checked to see if we were wearing our wristbands and had to give our room number when getting to the elevator. As parents we enjoyed that. Was ok paying the $40/day resort fee for towels, beach chairs but it was less than ok to pay $35/day to valet our vehicle. Access was not great to get the vehicle when we wanted it. Loved the access to the beach from the property but you will need a vehicle to get around if you choose to explore the area.

Hollywood Beach Stay
Overall this was a good stay for the location. The condo itself is decent, just normal wear and tear due to the years in constant use. The only real issue is the elevator situation. With it being on the 36th floor sometimes you are waiting centuries to catch a ride down or up. Forget about the stairs, honestly you are ready for a true workout!

It is on the 36th floor. No outside drinks at the pool area. And the drinks/food at the poolside bar are a bit pricey! There were five beach chairs included as well as several umbrellas. High end kitchen—well equipped. We had groceries from the nearby Walmart delivered. And there is a 7-11 just across the street. Beautiful peaceful views from the balcony.

Condo rental for our week in Hallendale Beach
We spent a week at this condo in mid June with a total of 4 guests. Alfonso was terrific, he was very helpful with questions & suggestions. The Hyde is a very nice resort - we went to the pool area once, but enjoyed the beach area more. The beach access was just steps away & the rental came with 2 chairs & an umbrella setup. We ended up buying & leaving a couple more beach chairs at the condo. The water is crystal clear blue & very swimmable, so we loved our time at the beach. The 2 restaurants on resort were pretty good, with the upstairs Asian one being the best. The poolside one was overpriced, but that's pretty typical. The condo unit had a beautiful view of everything. The most important parts of the condo were excellent which included COLD air conditioning, HOT showers with terrific water pressure, & comfortable beds. There were a few things that need attention that I will list here: The lighting in the bathroom is poor, so getting ready was a challenge for us gals.The couch is quite stained & dirty. There wasn't a fan, so we bought & left one at the condo. There were only enough supplies such as toilet paper, garbage bags & soap for a 1-2 day stay, Alfonso offered to send his assistant with some, but she did not come. The kitchen is lacking some helpful items, most importantly Tupperware, but we made do. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay here & would definitely recommend. The condo, the resort, the ocean/beach exceeded our expectations!

Great condo directly on Hallandale Beach with great view of the area
The condo was great and the property was directly on Hallandale Beach, with great views of the area from the balcony. It is in a private residential building that is partially operated like a hotel. It's very busy and it takes awhile sometimes to get to the 36th floor by elevator where this room is. The two outdoor pools and hot tub were nice, thought it did get pretty busy there and sometimes hard to find a seat poolside. A nice but pricey outdoor bar/restaraunt is on site next to the pool, as well as an indoor restaurant. All parking is valet and convenient (can text ahead and your car will be waiting), and a wristband is required to pass security in the lobby. If you book on VRBO the listing is not clear that it is rented by a rental company and not directly with the owner, and I was not aware of a daily resort fee and valet parking fee on top of the VRBO rental fees. Overall price was reasonable to rent here. Nice central place to get to Fort Lauderdale (25 min drive) or Miami (60 min). Traffic in the area is a little busy but manageable.

Overall great property, quiet but close enough to everything you need. Beachfront was awesome. If you want to go to the beach before dawn or after dusk make sure you have beach towels—towel service only available between dawn and dusk.

Alfonzo was very responsive. We came for Miami Open so condo served its purpose. Beautiful view from the balcony. We had 5 women and it was comfortable. Pool service wasn’t very accommodating however but the gym was nice. Security was good. It is a high rise building and condo is located on the 30plus floor and elevators were sometimes very slow stopping at many floors.

Overall the place was "OK". The elevators are an issue, there should be more than 4 for the building. Long waits every day and many times it was full and had to wait for another to arrive. The room was not very clean when we arrived, trash on the balcony and some bed sheets seemed dirty. The building could use additional food/restaurant choices, really only 1 restaurant and it closes down with any weather. Building location is great, close to a Walmart and the beach was good. Just trying to provide honest feedback for other families looking for beach vacations.

The location of this property on the beach is perfect. East to access chairs and umbrellas and towels and the property’s modern decor was comfortable. Our property manager was very responsive and accommodating. While there isn’t too much in the surrounding area, the location is easily accessible to Ft Lauderdale and Miami. Would definitely recommend!

We absolutely LOVED the view and the balcony and being on the 34th floor. We spent a lot of time on the deck playing cards and enjoying watching all the boats using the inland waterway, and also the ocean view. The deck was shaded and always seemed to have a nice breeze. We could watch the sunrise AND the sunset from the deck. Also, liked that there was access to the deck from both bedrooms and the livingroom. For groceries, Walmart was very close although crowded and slow. Didn't really like the pool vibe, but liked the beach. Getting to the beach was not simple, had to go through hotel lobby carrying everything and walk a bit north to get to Stephano's for 2 towels/loungers and umbrella. There were three Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella in the condo, which were nice. Kitchen supplies was a bit sparse, only one dishwasher tablet, no hand towels or hotpads (used a washcloth), no Nespresso coffee pods, they did bring a couple of those when we asked for kitchen hand towels. The pods are different from a Keurig, not sure where you buy them. There was a broiler pan, but no rack in it, to cook our steaks. And lastly, no cleaning supplies, there was a broom but no dustpan to sweep up the sand in the bathroom. We spent 4 nights here, mostly cooked in, but we did order delivery from Padrinos, and loved it. This was our first time staying in Florida, we spent 4 nights here, and would definitely stay here again.

The property is absolutely beautiful! They view is breathtaking and everything was very clean. The elevators can take a while depending on time of day. Walking to Walmart was awesome! Seems there were only 3 beach chairs and the ones provided are far down the beach.

Parking was ridiculous. Constant chaos. Disturbed after midnight by a constant knock on the door. Didn’t understand why a parking attendant would be knocking on our door. Called security then called down to parking to ask why. Said they didn’t have keys which were left in the car. How would you know who we were if you didn’t have key. Security arrived and guy disappeared out of no where. Then supervisor stated they had the keys. Two days later, left car for parking, returned within 10 minutes to retrieve phone from car. They couldn’t find the car. Had to walk parking deck to try and find car. Finally car was found. In the meantime a group of ladies were upset because their keys had been lost . The parking attendant was very mean and rude . Would not contact supervisor as they requested. Told them they had to wait until Monday to get key. I tried to assist by calling the company number. They talked with a lady then she put them on hold and hung up. They tried calling back and got an answering service. So sad, it was herBirthday & they we’re leaving at 6am on Monday. As we were waiting for our car, on Sunday, there was a key another argument with a lady who they could not find her keys or her car. The attendants drive the care very rough, tires squealing and high speed. This property it too nice to have such an awful parking service. I would feel better parking myself rather than paying for Valet where you have so many issues.
