It was a really terrible experience. When I bought it from Expedia, it said the package included breakfast. Then when I arrived at the hotel, I learned at the reception that breakfast was not included. Then they gave me a one-day card for $20. It was ridiculous. It wasn't enough, they wanted to make me pay the destination fee I had already paid, but when I talked to the manager, the issue was resolved. When I didn't ask for room service, they never cleaned the room, I had to ask them to clean it every time. I stayed on the 2nd floor and the drunken holidaymakers made incredible noise at night and the hotel management did not warn them in any way. It was a bad experience for me. I would never consider staying again and would not recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was located in the heart of Miami but they had hidden fees. They put a hold of 250 on my credit card and tried to charge me 50 dollars x 2 for early check in. Check in was at 4 and check out at 12 very inconvenient. They had limited dining no ice machines no refrigerators in the room and they didn’t make the bed or leave clean towels daily. They didn’t offer breakfast even though Expedia advertised that they offered it complimentary. The place was boring and all the restaurants in the area was bad. Do not go to south beach Miami unless you want to throw your money in the trash. Also they had homeless men walking in and out of the hotel and people smoking outside the premises. I would not stay there again and I will never go back to south beach

Absolutely loved my stay at this unique hotel! What really sets it apart is the incredible staff; every employee we encountered greeted us with genuine smiles and went above and beyond to assist us. As someone who travels frequently, I was truly impressed. When I had a small issue with my room, they promptly moved me to a new one and even brought the keys and my luggage up for me! The front desk staff were consistently caring and professional, always ready with great recommendations. A special shout-out to Daniella and Nina—they were fantastic! On the flip side, the rooms felt a bit cramped for two adults, especially since I needed more space for my back issues. A small table or bureau would have been a big help, and a refrigerator in the room would have been a nice touch. I imagine it would be perfect for younger travelers, though. Everything else about the hotel was top-notch! The furnishings and linens looked brand new, and I appreciated having an extra blanket provided without having to ask. The lobby is stylish and inviting, with plenty of comfy seating and private nooks. The complimentary breakfast was a nice perk, and my husband was thrilled to find RedBull available. Overall, this hotel is fantastic! Great location and exceptional staff make it a memorable experience. Highly recommend! :)

Moxy is a good hotel. It has what you need. It is close to bars, restaurants and the beach. The only problem that we noticed is that everything, even around the area, is over priced. I understand it is because of the area (turisty). Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Moxy and we recommend it.
