Hotel had a great vibe and staff provided excellent service. Bathrooms were tiny and closets huge. Should be the other way around. I was disappointed we were not told the hotel was undergoing renovations during are stay. There were longer than usual wait times for the elevator because one was not working and the working one was often occupied by hotel staff.

I stayed there Friday and Sunday. They charged $350 and $420 for each night. They also took a $97 "security deposit" from my card twice. And they haven't returned it. It's been over 5 banking days. I didn't damage the hotel, I didn't use the bar. I just went to bed at night, woke up in the morning. My last name mr KOROL. Check your transactions

We LOVE this property and have stayed here about 6 times. We always stay in the cabana rooms because they have outdoor space. Although, they are currently under construction, but so is most of Miami right now. It wasn’t loud just not as pretty as it usually is. The staff is amazing and has always gone above and beyond. The food is amazing. It just has a really low key relaxing vibe.

The National Hotel was a great experience. Everything in the area was super walkable and despite the rain we got, we were able to get around on foot majority of the week. With the hurricane, the hotel staff took it upon themselves to move us to the main building which was very considerate. The rooms we had were fairly clean despite some dust in the cabana room. Overall it was a great experience and we will be looking to come again!

The staff is very friendly, hotel and rooms are immaculate and clean. The only thing that I would review low is the fitness room. I would have expected a lot more from their fitness room such as actual weights or more barbell, a flat bench, and perhaps another universal weight machine. None of this is there! Aside from this, great place we loved it!

We were disappointed with what used to be our favorite hotel in South Beach. The staff was nice and Dennis by the pool was delightful. He delivered great customer service. However when booking we were not told that the property was under construction, and the room rate wasn't reduced during this massive project.There was constant banging and jackhammering disrupting our enjoyment of the pool area. It was unabating for our 4 days there, and ruined our time. The manager refunded only one day resort fee ($96.00). We felt that he should have at least refunded one night's charges. He seemed uninterested in his customers satisfaction. It was a bad experience.

The decor of the hotel was unique. I loved the peace and tranquility. I was a bit disappointed with my sweater going missing while parked in the valet. Aside from that, my stay was superb.
