I hate to give a bad review, so I'll start with the positive. The night desk clerk and valet were extremely nice and accommodating. However, the hotel itself is undergoing some much need remodeling. The carpet was thread bare; the hallway and room had an odor that was unpleasant. the mirror in the bathroom (once fogged with steam) showed where someone had drawn a heart. So, obviously the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. Overall, we stayed about 5 hours, showered and left. What was supposed to be a couple of days of combined business and pleasure turned out to be very disappointing. I wish them well with their remodel and hope things improve.

Incredibly friendly staff that were also very professional. Unfortunately the hotel rooms are very nasty. After checking into our initial room, we asked to be moved due to how gross it was. The friendly staff made the accommodation, and the next room was better, but not by a lot. We had 3 other rooms with our group and none were any better. This is our 4th time staying here, over about 7 years, and it’s been under renovations every time. This most recent stay will be our last until the rooms are remodeled. Nasty couches, carpet is curling and lifting, dirty. The outdoor pool area is excellent. Safe and walkable area with good food options. Love the area and location, just hope they can do something about the rooms soon because they’re pretty rough…

Staff was easy to deal with. The rooms were very dated, we had to run the hot water for about 20 minutes to get hot water. If we wanted luke warm we could run it for 10 minutes. Very disappointing.

Location of the property was great but the renovations being done was disruptive and gave the hotel an unclean feel about it. The room was a good size but the rooms are very dated and dirty with sticky floors and smelly carpet and holes in the curtains. The housekeeping was a very poor standard with only the towels being swapped out and the bed not touched as well as the coffee supplies not being topped up. I understand the reason to get the renovations done but the price of the room is not good value considering the uncleanliness of the rooms. Noisy tenants were arguing and the rooms are not adequately soundproofed to stop the noise keeping us awake. Disappointing to pay the price we did for the facilities supplied.
