Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Upon check in the condition of my room was horrendous. The room was filthy. The floor was black with dirt. There were used toiletries left for us to use. There was only one towel set up left behind (despite me and my wife checking in). The toilet had tissue left in it and hair on the toilet seat (assuming it was public hair). I went down stairs to ask for assistance with the front desk staff explained to him the condition of the room and was assured that someone would be upstairs to help me. After a half hour wait someone came upstairs with extra towels and toiletries. I asked if the room would not be cleaned I was told that there wasn’t any house keeping staff until the following day. In an effort to not ruin the experience of the trip I took it upon myself to clean the room. I literally had to get in my hands and knees to sweep and mop the floor with one of the towels given to us because we weren’t given any supplies. When I say the towel was black when I was done that is not an exaggeration. After cleaning we decided to go out and attempt to enjoy the night. Naturally let’s take a shower after the flight and spending a few hours cleaning up. Of course now the tub is clogged. Again asked for help and none was provided. Still washed up as best as we could and went about our night. Upon returning to the the room we walk in to the smell of mildew and a huge puddle on the floor because the air vent is leaking.
