    Great location and nice pool. Bed was pretty worn.. sloped toward middle. Only got 2 thin bath towels and not have towels or wash clothes. Recruiting people were very nice.

    There were no washcloths, paper towels, kleenex..Basic standard needs. I felt like the $197.00 fee for parking, internet and liabilities were very high. Every day we struggled to get access to the internet. The couple that managed the property were very nice and helpful.

    It’s cheap
    You will found a clean place, quiet and in a good neighborhood the cons. You will have a access at the beach but it’s not close, and we drive to south beach every day off our stay because doesn’t have any amenities the closest beach, like chairs or umbrellas you can rent, the place it’s old and you have what you pay. For next time I will expend more money to go a better place for sure.

    Great location. Away from the busy Miami city life but within reasonable drivable distance to the big business/down town. Great place to stay if you are out most of the time. The place/building is somewhat dated but great effort is being done to keep it neat/clean. I will be back. Side notes: Apartment was advertised to sleep 4. I'm glad it was me and my wife with 2 smaller kids. The second bed would not have been big enough to sleep adults. At the time of booking I indicated 2 adult and 2 kids. There were only 2 towels. During our stay of 4 days we checked several times during the day with the reception, but it was closed each time. There was no hand soap provided (not even a small bar), no (paper) towel in the kitchen, neither any dish (washer) soap/brush/sponge.
