The room was acceptable, but the hotel had notable drawbacks. They only have one restaurant, and while the food was decent, it was quite pricey with limited options. I ordered a pasta dish and one drink, and the total came close to $50. Additionally, there was no complimentary water provided in the fridge.
I didn’t get to use the free shuttle service because it requires you to wave at the driver to stop—something that wasn’t made clear beforehand. Upon arrival, I tried calling the hotel to inquire about the shuttle, but the phone line didn’t ring and would hang up automatically. During my stay, the phone in my room didn’t work either, and pressing buttons for customer service only resulted in a dial tone.
The TV remote in my room didn’t work because it had been swapped with another room’s remote. This led to a bizarre situation where, in the middle of the night, the TV turned on, and someone in another room was scrolling through apps on my screen. This was very unsettling.
Only one elevator was functional, and it frequently skipped my floor, despite repeated attempts to call it.
Overall, the hotel is functional as a basic place to sleep, but the lack of attention to detail and the issues I encountered detracted from the experience. It’s not somewhere I’d recommend for a comfortable or seamless stay.
