LOCATION: Just a block away from the beach, 250 Collins by Roami is where you want to be for your time in South Beach. When you're done at the beach explore the many other parks, museums, bars, and restaurants that are all within walking distance.

The Space:

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

Don’t waste your money on this property
The property is located in a good part of South Beach, difficult and overly laborious check in, we lost 2 hours before we were able to enter the room. The room had dirty walls and filthy drapes, very little cookware/plates/cups and glasses, no microwave or toaster and inexistent coffe maker of any type. For some reason there was a washer/drier in the microscopic kitchen. The bedroom had the decor of a laundry/utility room; instead of a wardrobe or armoire there was a pipe from the ceiling with hangers, For some reason the ironing board and iron had a. central importance because they were hug on the wall in front of the bed. The bathroom shower system was broken and it took a PhD. In plumbing to make it work, no cabinets to put down toiletries.
