Relaxing stay
We stayed a couple days in Miami Beach after returning from a cruise. So relaxing and I was able to get our laundry caught up. Perfect location from many restaurants and easy walk to the beach. Very nice to let us check in early because of the timing we were let off from our cruise ship and it was raining that day. Definitely would stay here again!

Quiet Location near Everything
We loved the location of this rental. Very close to everything fun in Miami but still situated in a quiet neighborhood. Lola was accommodating to our needs and always responded back to our questions promptly. Be aware that you can hear people's movements from upstairs

Beautiful property, excellent distance to beach
The in unit W/D saved me. Between the humidity and the salt water, I would have ruined all of my clothes before the end of my trip. I was allowed an early check-in, by request, which was WONDERFUL, as I would have had to burn 4 hours after my flight landed. Very short walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and Target (essential). I loved the security of the coded gate and coded room. It felt very familiar after about a day, almost like home once I became comfortable with the area. The studio had every amenity you could possibly need, including beach chairs and umbrella, extra towels, linens, dishes, cleaning products. Like home, pretty much. I will be returning.

This studio apartment was in a great location, was very clean, comfortable, well equipped, and very quiet. Lola was a great host and always very responsive. If you are traveling solo or with a romantic partner this place is perfect for you.

The location is perfect, it's close to the South beach, food stores and restaurants. Lola helps us to resolve the issue with the AC very fast. The apartment has everything we needed, it's clean and comfortable. Washer and drier were very helpful. We'd recommend this place for 2.

Really enjoyed my time at Lola”s studio . It was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect and we felt very safe walking in the neighborhood at night. Delicious restaurants within walking distance, and grocery stores also. Lola was an exceptional hosts , answered all my texts very promptly. And even overextended her role and helped me secure a parking pass for one of my guests that drove in. Strongly recommend this awesome little studio , in Miami. Lola thank you , thank you , thank you !!!! I will be back soon and would love to stay here again !!

Our family (8 and 10 year old boys) enjoyed our stay at this location. Central, easy to move around South of Fifth. Walking access to Publix, Target, Walgreens, etc. Easy to have Instacart deliver groceries. Everything was as described- we had a great week!

Perfectly thought out studio apartment in charming neighborhood
We love this apartment and would stay there again. It was close to S Beach strip and close to high end restaurants closer to the tip. Just about every piece of equipment that you would need was provided, but the place was streamlined and had excellent design. We never made to the beach because the weather was bad, but beach equipment was provided as well. If you want somewhere quiet but close everything, this is it. Lola got us on-the-street parking passes, and as she promised, there was never difficulty finding a space near the front door.

Great location to beach, restaurants, and shops.
Everything went well. The VRBO information was confusing. There were no keys to get into the doors if you wanted to sit outside on the porch and required renters to go back outside of the property fence to enter a code prior to getting back inside the building. Another issue was numerous emails concerning exactly what time you were arriving and what time you were leaving although when renting the property, the information clearly stated checkin and checkout times. I have rented properties from VRBO for many years in various parts of the country and have never experienced this type of monitoring.

A calm Stay within a noisy city
Our 4th of July weekend was full. We had lots of experiences. The city was super busy and noisy. The studio is located outside of that confusion so it was the perfect place to rest. Nice, coisy and clean... The Kitchen is also a plus. Thanks for everything!

Great Time!
My wife and I had a wonderful time. The property is in a great location! Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Some really good restaurants are in walking distance, one is CheeseburgeBurger Meister. The property was very clean, the bed was comfy and clean, and it is in a quiet neighborhood. It has a stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher and dishes. Our host Lola was great and helped us out with the parking which could be a little confusing. Overall I would definitely stay there again.
