Not what i expected from a Marriott hotel.
Dirty entrance and elevators. Front desk mot knowledgeable of aurline partners and rewards program. Hotel charges/imposes delivery, service and tip cgarges for room service. Ended up paying almost the double of what I ordered. Only helpful and friendly employee was rhe shuttle driver at 5am.

I won't be staying here again
When I walked up to the checkin counter, the staff completely ignored me. Didn't look up from his phone then walked away without saying anything. I walked over to the other line. He returned and then called me over with no apology. Someone had thrown up in front of the elevators. It was being cleaned up as we approached but when we entered the elevator it was in there as well and the smell was repulsive. The 4 of us went up to our room. There were only 2 towels for 4 people. When I called for more towels they did bring them up quickly.
