The elevators was the worst !!! You need to wait for them forever !!! The breakfast was ok the service is not the best .I booked a suite for 5 people the suite divided for 2 separate to 2 rooms one of the room is tiny my kids could not move no room for nothing!!!

Unpleasant stay
This was my second time staying at Sole. I think this recent stay was a deciding factor for me to not stay at Sole anymore. For this being a 4 star resort, surprised they do not offer complimentary water bottles like other stays. Parking is non existent so you are forced to pay $40 a day. The elevators were extremely slow, one elevator didn’t work. The final factor you could not exit to the pool level to get to the pool or beach. You have to walk around the hotel and access. Using the public access entry. This was extremely difficult for my husband who has a bad knee from knee surgery and had to walk down that slope of a driveway to access to pool or beach. Really disappointed with this recent stay.

Very slow elevators (up to 10 minute wait); staff was very friendly but furniture was cheap (folding chairs on a 2 bedroom suite that had a partial ocean view); tries to act like it is an elevated experience, but they aren't and clearly don't want to spend what it takes to make it an posh hotel even though they proport that they are. Ongoing construction was annoying; food/drink prices were quite high. Would not stay here again.

Nice location
The elevators are very slow and took us 20 minutes to get down from the 18th floor. Other than this issue, the stay was pretty good. Location is nice and walkable to many many restaurants and bakery

Initially, I was a bit nervous about this hotel after reading some mixed reviews, but our experience exceeded all expectations. We stayed for eight days with our family, including young adults, and had a truly spectacular time. The service was outstanding across the board: housekeeping was attentive, the front desk staff greeted us warmly every time we came and went, and the valet service was incredibly efficient and helpful. The team working on the beach also stood out, ensuring a pleasant experience by setting up umbrellas and chairs and always being ready to assist. Even the restaurant staff added to the overall wonderful experience. We had no complaints at all. Sure, the elevators can be a bit slow, but hey, you're on vacation—why not just relax and enjoy the moment? We’re already looking forward to coming back again soon. Highly recommended!

This view at this property is incredible. I stay in Ft. Lauderdale and Miami often.. I must say the say these beaches are beautiful. This property is big with a lot of amenities. Dog friendly and excellent restaurant on site with a fabulous view.

We stayed Christmas week. The staffing was outstanding, remember to tip, please. The pool is clean, the room spotless, amenities great. While we opted for the food tour of Miami, the restaurant met our needs for great coffee and pastries early. We will have already booked our stay at Sole Jackson Hole for summer, and will consider Sole for our future stays. Always remember: Florida is a place for insects..You will find them on your beach excursions, your body, in the water. Sole is clean and has great housekeeping, think before you blame!
