False advertising

The whole outside and pool area was closed and under construction then the room and hallways smell very bad also the carpet in the entire hotel looks like it been down since the 70’s the only thing was good was the breakfast the room didn’t look nothing like the picture on line

The housekeeping staff was very rude and not accommodating at all. We booked a suite for 6 people and when we asked for more than two extra pillows were flat out told no. My daughter has severe orthopedic issues (legally handicapped) and for comfort, needs extra pillows for positioning. Then, we were only given 4 towels for 6 people. When we asked for more they said they’d bring them up. It was almost an hour later and still no towels so when my husband went down to check, he was told they were on their way up so they wouldn’t give us more. My daughter got in the shower but still no towels 20 minutes later. We went down again and were met with attitude. My daughter had to stand in the cold for 15 minutes waiting until they agreed to give us more. Then we kept the one extra folded up on the counter for later showers. Housekeeping then came when we were gone and took the dirty ones and the one extra clean one leaving us again with only 4. They also didn’t make the beds, even though their sign includes bed making for the “light house keeping for a stay under 7 days”. I’ve stayed at many Staybridge locations and have never been met with more hostility and attitude over something as simple as wanting an adequate amount of towels and pillows for the amount of people that I paid for. When we spoke to the man at the front desk, he was too busy to to help and just gave us a card to email the manager. Also, shuttle is only after 7 am. No accommodations for early flights.

Aging Hotel with Good Connectivity to Airport

It was a nice hotel and very well connected to Miami Airport, and within walking distance of Tri-Rail and Miami Metro. It is also walking distance of Flixbus station in case you need to travel to other cities. The rooms are comfortable but no USB outlets for fast charging of phones. The furniture is old but very reliable. ACs make some noise but it's to be expected. The breakfast spread is decent, the coffee is good. The hotel is old but its clean though it doesn't offer much service, but still a good place to stay if you want to be near the airport. I will stay still there again and I recommend it.

Great location

The location was great—near the metro train and airport. Breakfast was delicious. Airport shuttle timely. Pool was closed for renovations. It lacked nearby restaurants.

So loud!!!!

Soooo loud!!! We got zero sleep here! Between the planes every 2 minutes, and the exterior work going on right on the other side of our wall… it was the worst experience. Soo loud!

We stayed here overnight on the way home from vacation. It was a great location close to the airport. The service was excellent especially the person who called the airport shuttle for us because we were a few minutes late. The shuttle driver was also super nice! Good breakfast too. I had a strawberry waffle!
