It was not what the website and pictures displayed. Bath tub was not draining they sent someone to come see about the matter. I didn't stay Thursday night due to delay in flight so i arrived Friday morning and i was not feeling it and when the tub did not drain after shower i checked out and went to another place. Was not happy at all.

The floor was not clean at all. I noticed hair and pieces of trash everywhere. The beds and linens were fine. Neither of the sinks drained well at all. I didn't feel super safe in this area. The photos of the property were a bit deceiving. I also did not get the check-in procedures in my email until 10 minutes after check-in time. I messaged the property twice asking for this information, once 2 hours ahead of check-in time and once after check-in time.

VERY BAD. There is black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, lots and lots of small flies. During my stay I killed three cockroaches, because of this I had to check EVERYTHING before leaving to make sure there were no cockroaches. I understand that this is an economy apartment, but even such a room needs to be kept clean, without mold, flies and cockroaches. I hope that all this will be fixed.

Everything was difficult. Finding the place, getting the code for the door, locking the sliding door, sleeping well!!! The noise was insane from the traffic. There were bugs everywhere! And it smelled really bad. It was an old musty odor. It didn’t seem like a safe area. I would Not stay here again!

We had to book last minute, same day. We were nervous because of the reviews that said check in was difficult, but we had a great experience with check in. Easy, the representative was very responsive. All done by email and phone. Not difficult at all, very friendly and helpful. We were very close to a nice beach! And there were plenty of places to eat near by. The place was comfortable.

Was woken up by cleaners with out knocking when we were not even checking out. Pool closed and we did not get any emails.(we book with a pool because husband has a bad back and cant walk far) staff finally got back to us and said a beach was 5 minutes away! We would of cancelled if we had known.location was good, shopping close.room was ok for price.staff communication sucks!!!!!
