Sink was clogged and notified to the receptionist immediately after check in but no action taken. Also requested some regular drinking water in the room but again no action. Was told that we will get 20% off in the restaurant but the cashier refused to honour that. Later it was resolved after wasting 30 mins in following up with the receptionist. Taking luggage to the room was very inconvenient as the room was in different building so has to carry my 23 kg bag on stairs and then to the 2nd floor. Another annoying thing is that they don’t have trash bins in the room so u have to keep all trash on the table. Stay was not comfortable as I was expecting.

I mean it’s a basic hotel with great access to everything in south beach. We got in super late because of our flight and the air conditioning didn’t work. They gave us a fan to use until someone to look at it later that day. They left the ladder in there after fixing it so I had to remove it. The shower spilled into the rest of the bathroom because it’s flat and just has a curtain so that was annoying. And in order to get the free bottle of wine - I had to find someone to ask. Front desk had no idea
