Hotel is excellently situated for easy access to many places to visit e.g. Ocean Drive. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Excellent entertainment right on the doorstep. We would definitely return to this hotel

Do not unload luggage at hotel. Car will be towed.
The hotel itself is decent for the price and location, but be warned: do not unload your luggage in front of the hotel. They only allow 15-minute parking, and they will tow your car quickly. My car was towed within 10 minutes while I was checking in and taking my luggage to the room, resulting in a $400 fee—more than double the cost of a night's stay. To avoid this hassle, find paid parking nearby and bring your luggage from there, or have someone stay with the car while you check in. Cringe-worthy experience overall.

While the room was okay, the service charge of $34 is a rip off. It is to cover room refreshments, 2 cups of coffee, towels for use by the pool. We checked in near 5 and checked out at 1100. It was raining so you couldnt use the pool. I would recommend that if you need a taxi, do not ask reception to order one. We did and it cost us $80 to Miami Port. On a positive note, the staff at the adjoining restaurant are very friendly and the service is great.

Ridiculous resort fees & additional security deposit fees (held my money ransom for the duration of the stay). Pool closes at 8PM, rooms are tiny. No breakfast? better off staying in downtown Miami. Beach is for hanging out for the day only.
