Poor and not good value for money

The room was very dated, with old, partially broken furniture. Worse, it was located right next to a music venue, making it extremely loud and difficult to relax or sleep. Upon check-in, I was charged a $300 deposit. At check-out, I was told the refund would be initiated that same evening - without any room inspection. However, eight days later, I returned to inquire about the refund and was told I had been charged for a towel. This was never communicated to me, and I neither took nor damaged any towels. To make matters worse, the refund wasn’t even initiated until four days after they said it would be, and I was told it would take weeks to be processed. There are definitely nicer and more affordable options in the South Beach area. I would not stay here again.

Was very beautiful to stay in the garden area, super close to the beach and within walking distance from eateries, shopping, and a parking garage. Staff was very kind and helpful, a wonderful experience when you go to the restaurant within the hotel, dancing, cocktails, and they may even pull you up for a dance as well!

Check in was quick and easy. The room was small, the usual, convenient table/desk and chair were replaced with a mini bar, and at times the bathroom smelled of sewage.The pool was large with chairs but NO umbrellas nor cabanas for shade. But, otherwise the hotel is a block from Ocean Dr and the beach and the Sola restaurant serves good food and provided great entertainment.

Could of been better property has potential

Wasn't really excited with our choice we paid extra for garden room which placed us in a corner and not a great view if a garden but rather dead trees falling over even laying out in front of our entrance door. The pool on the roof top is dated and not cleaned regularly loung chsirs old and badly worn and torn. They have an additional terrance that has not seating no anything to be honest. Would be a great spot to lounge in the evening if was taken better care if. Ice machine wasnt producing any ice. No microwaves on site nor in the rooms so no need to bring leftovers back to the room.

Location is great but there were multiple things about this hotel I did not like. After I paid in full for my stay they said I had to pay an $ 102 resort fee. $300 in security deposit I ask ok what does this include? They said wifi, towels,keeping. Umm I had a book the the garden view room on the bottom floor. How you can see is a bunch of trees that need to be cut The curtain was broken. Couldn't stay the night in room so they move me to another room and that wasn't non better And house keeping never changed my sheets! I had no more towels and the phone was broken in my room so I had to call on my cell phone. I told them the phone was broken and they never fixed it. AC was leaking, I fell down in the room due to the water leak Tv didn't work, I had no microwave to warm your food up Not worth the price at all. ALSO its the alarm was going off all weekend long. Still haven't received my money back at all this been since July 3

The hotel was in a great area if you want to stay in south beach. Close to the beach & restaurants/bars. The hotel itself, the bathroom was nice. The bed could’ve been a little better but staff was nice & overall hotel was nice. I didn’t get to use the pool but there’s a rooftop pool.

Very convenient location. Rooms are on the small side but for most south beach hotels that’s very common. I came from DC and the 4* hotels there are a lot nicer with more to offer. Then again when you are in Miami, you want to spend less time in your room.
