The property was cute. A little small, but we barely stayed in the room. The pool in the partner hotel was nice, but also small. Being right on the beach was awesome and the nightlife was great!

Cute hotel. The rooftop pool, breakfast, bar, etc are located at The President hotel which is a very quick walk but slightly confusing to find on your first try. We encountered one staff member that was not friendly but the rest were fabulous. Easy walking to pretty much anything you need and they will help you set up tours etc. The front of the hotel is on a street closed to vehicles so you will be dropped off at the corner if you are not parking a vehicle with valet at The President. Also, the hotel is not wheelchair accessible so please be mindful of that if it pertains to you or your group. I did not see any accessible access to the front door. There is an elevator inside to access every floor except the first which has a few steps up to access those rooms. The beach access is fantastic and the restrooms/outdoor shower is very close to the hotel. Overall I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great service and location! We loved the proximity to the beach and walking down Ocean Ave. Our family loved the “3 in 1” hotel experience. The ocean view room was also much larger than we were expecting. Tons of room for family of 4!

Our prior stay with this property we were on the 2nd floor and impressed with everything. This stay we arrived early due to getting off a cruise and were unable to check in. I understand it wasnt check-in time until 3 so we signed their list to be notified when a room was ready. At 3:20 we arrived back at the hotel not receiving a call yet. Our room was ready at this time. They placed us on the first floor, our daughter uses a wheelchair and the room required us going up 2 sets of stairs. The employee offered to help but it's not like he was going to be there every time. He also struggled to get us checked in and couldn't apparently move us rooms even though the guest in front of us also was waiting on a room so they couldn't all have been assigned yet. General lack of hospitality/friendliness/compassion. Water pressure in the shower was dismal. Rooms appeared much much larger online. Won't stay a third time.
