Absolute prime location, right on the beachfront of Ocean Drive. Espanola Way and Lincoln Road within a 5 minute walk. Hotel nice and clean with everything you need in the room for a good stay. Would highly recommend.

Nice visit.

The hotel is in a great location, and the access to the rooftop pool, the beach, and local restaurants is very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but storage space is an issue. We had two women and nowhere to put our stuff so we took out the ironing board for some counter space. Breakfast is ok - but the service at the restaurant was average at best and boarder lined on rude at times. The staff at the hotel were very friendly - and the cleaning staff were absolutely amazing!!

Hotel reklamation

Room cleaner have taken my night skirt perhaps with laundry or some cleaner have taken it! They didn’t found it they have lost it. Hotel is responsible this kind of missing. It is silk, offwhite nightdress. I want some compensation because I had to buy a new one.

Location location location to the beach, eating, and some shopping. They had a roof top pool at a sister property. It was steps away, we didnt use it but it was there. Breakfast is at the property next door. Parking is by a 3rd party company. Those are the details you need. The propery is very clean and the staff was very kind and polite.

Hotel is on a beautiful location on the Ocean Drive and room with ocean view is amazing. Check in and check out fast and with all necessary information provided The breakfast is affiliated to the Front Desk restaurant and shall be revisited, in the voucher is written continental but we were served beacon, eggs, potatos and few pieces of fruits without being asked if we would like it or if there is any food allergy or vegetarian. The second day we asked if it will be possible to get something else and we were told no that is not possible with the voucher. We then order only coffee and 35 min late the dish with eggs, beacon and potato came, when we clearly said we just wanted to have coffee and no food. Will be better to not offer this breakfast possibility and let people choose if they want to book the breakfast or not
