Excellent Customer Service with the front desk staff. I rented 3 rooms. Unfortunately the elevator wasn't working, again. My parents had to get a regular room o the lower floor with no view. It was their anniversary. I was dissapointed because the rooms were sort of small. I feel management should have approved an extra room since I paid for 3 of the most expensive rooms. The desk did give breakfast vouchers for some of us. I myself loved having the private rooftop terrace. I didn't mind the steps. Overall the plce was very clean and worth staying again if I am in Miami.

Older art Deco hotel in the heart of South Beach Miami. This is the ocean side street you will want to be on if you come to Miami. Beach is across the street and endless restaurants next door. Room was very small and had no view. If you are just there to sleep it’s perfect. If your older and want to sit in room on a balcon and view the ocean, get a 100 story hotel room 10 blocks north. I prefer 4th st to 14th for the night life.

Let’s start with the staff. It’s a mixed batch. Some of them are really helpful but some of them are quite frustratingly terrible. There is a girl who I can’t recall the name of, who is particularly terrible. The hotel’s location is unmatchable. It’s on Ocean drive, in the heart of Art Deco and 2 mins walk from the beach. That doesn’t get any better than this. The rooms themselves are average. They are small and don’t have a lot of space. Cleanliness is reasonable. Nothing to write home about. If your main objective is to spend the night only, it’s worth it definitely. Parking can be a challenge so use their valet but keep in mind it’s expensive. Overall, the location makes it a 4 star for me.

The room felt neglected! I would not have paid what I paid, had it not been for the location, but if you want a nice hotel room, this is not it! Nice customer service, though! Property neglected, dirty windows, the room was ok, but neglected, only one plug for the whole room.
