This is my go-to hotel in Miami. The amenities are incredible, the bay is beautiful, the staff are so friendly and helpful and the food and drinks are delish. The spa is also AMAZING!

Very clean and front desk staff was helpful and welcoming. Restaurant staff were not as attentive. Did not have our water until our food came to the table. The server at dinner only came by in the beginning to take the order and at the end for the check. The server during lunch was hospitable. Food was good

Such a great experience!
This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The spa alone made it worth it. However, there is so much more to do than the spa that is included with your stay: kayaking, paddleboarding, yoga classes, and more. The grounds are stunning with hammocks, a fire pit, and cool swings. It's just such a great place to unwind and have fun. The room was very clean and comfortable. Monterey Bar near the lobby is such a cool place with a freat bar tender. The spa was excatly what I needed and I love that its co-ed, so my boyfriend was able to enjoy it with me. I have no complaints about this place.

Loved the atmosphere and environment. Great getaway for some R&R. The only thing i didn't like was the fact that staff around pool daytime treats hotel guests alittle different from i guess day pass holders. They make you wear a wrist band that you cant easily remove. Even if you're just walking on by they want to make you wear the wristband even if you wont use the pool. Night staff is totally different and were told we didnt need no wristband.

We’ve been coming here for 10 years. I went online and reserved a large garden room with a tub, when I got there I had a large garden room, no tub. Also, they put us in room number 25. It was very loud outside. Plus they do day sales to individuals. It was very crowded. Could not hardly find a seat. Not sure if I’ll go back again.
