You get what you pay for
This is NOT a complaint because i technically got what i paid for. Pictures are deceiving. I stayed for 7 days. The first room they gave me smelled of cigarettes. The 2nd room had a dirty floor with long black hair from who knows where or who. When i asked for the floor to be swept, i was told that was a service they provided every 14 days. The shower faucet and spigot were seperated from the wall and did not allow the water to divert to the shower properly. Also, the water valve couldn't mix the water appropriately so i had luke warm water at best. Depsite the AC being arctic (which was the only good thing the room had) because the bed had 1 thin fitted sheet i sweat my butt off the first night until i askes for 2 extra sheets. Lastly, you get tiny soap and shampoo, 2 mid size towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 for the floor. Need them changed, sure... bring the old ones to get new one towels.

Easy and quick check in; we ended up extending our stay and got moved in right away to another room instead of having to leave at 11 and come back at 3 :) front desk staff are all amazing!

This is a good option for people who want the convenience of a kitchenette and a very reasonable rate. The staff was polite and accommodating. I appreciate their concern and support for those of us who were evacuated during Hurricane Milton.

This was such a terrible trip. Elevators did not work. Prepare for toilet backup. Limited toiletries. Call more than once to manager I don’t expect any customer service regarding refunds or assistance. Definitely I would not recommend. Pay extra ne look around.

This was the worse hotel, well it was more like a motel to me. This hotel stinks and it needs to be torn down. I recommend nobody to stay here. This hotel is dirty and they need to be reported. It is unclean and it is very very cheap. You will not like it. Please don’t stay here.

Clean and simple, bring your own cookware
We only stayed at the woodsprings for 1 night, as we were just stopping to take a break from driving to and from the cruise ship port in Miami. The room was clean and the staff we interacted was friendly! It felt secure as you could not access the rooms and elevators without your own room key card, which we liked a lot traveling with our 2 year old! If you are staying and want to use the little stove, be prepared to bring your own tableware, cookware, and utensils. None are provided except for 2 disposable plastic cups in the bathroom. I knew this ahead of time due to other reviews, and wasn't using the kitchenette anyway. There is a full sized fridge and a microwave as well. Overall, nothing was gross or broken, nobody was rude, and the bed and sofa were comfortable. We had no complaints. Would stay again!
