The property and the room was more than adequate. But you cannot check-in untill 4pm. They charge 50 - 75 dollars for early check-in. Very unhappy with this policy.

The staff wasn’t helpful when I called about the shuttle and the shuttle only ran once an hour. The staff were accommodating when we arrived at the hotel. The room was very nice and so was the restaurant.

Cable was disconnected from Television. Not sure why. I hooked it back up. Went to dinner at the Pilot Haus. Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. Waited over 30 minutes for a menu, the table nex t to us actually gave us theirs. It was absolutely horrible. 3 hour dinner. Ridiculous
