The rooms was not as clean as they should be. The beds are old with indentions in them not enough towels no washcloths or face cloths were provided. We had to ask for that even though there was two of us they still only had one coffee cup two towels in the room room was dusty Staff was friendly no microwave and no small refrigerator in the room. Bathroom was extra small.

This hotel is in a great area. It is close to shopping, bars and the port. The rooms are small and the bathroom is smaller than a cruise ship bathroom. The hotel bar did not open until 6pm. When i go on vacation I like to drop my things in the room and have a beverage. I do not like having to search for a place to go.

For the price I paid for this hotel I expected a lot more. Shower faucet broke. No tv signal the entire stay and only 1 bank of elevators for the entire hotel. Had to take the stairs with our luggage. The only positive r patience was Alessandro our bartender.

Small room, dirty workout room with very limited equipment, room dirty (eyelashes stuck to wall undersink, heaviest doors I have ever used, elevator holds 4 ppl. The reataraunt good food but charges extra for a refill(5.00) and over an 1hr wait to get food for dinner and breakfast. By the way breakfast cost more than dinner!! No tv service in room and still pay a resort fee when we did not even park a car!!!

The hotel served our purpose. We enjoyed the shuttle service to the port and to our other hotel after the Cruise. The bathroom was way too small. And the elevators took to long at checkout time, only two elevators. Overall, it was just ok. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

The YVE in Miami was really convenient to our cruise although pricier than we would like. They have a reasonably priced shuttle to the port but pricey to the airport. The room was standard, but the bathroom was more fancy than functional. Sink taps are awkward and the shower with easy entry splashes out on to the floor. The room was completely quiet for the night. The onsite restaurant had reasonable breakfast options with friendly service. Would likely use them again prior to a cruise for convenience sake.

The AC was horrible. It was so loudly I couldn’t sleep well for the two nights I stayed. And to hear from front desk officer that I have to deal with it because they could not do anything for me.

These people are so inconsiderate. I suffered lost during a hurricane and didn’t want to cancel the room but change the date. Was willing to pay the extra fees to change it which was apart of the policy. After speaking to two different people with two different stories, they just cancelled the room didn’t refund my money or allow me to change. Right after a hurricane. I book through Expedia a lot so they were not the issue.

The only thing good about this hotel was the location. CVS and Ross next door. Across the street from bay front park and bayside market place. The room was not clean. Had someone’s old trash and banana peel in cabinets. Under sink was dirty, tv didn’t work and just over all the room just wasn’t clean. Glad we only stayed one night. We would not stay here again.

I booked a room for two nights as I had concerts to go to. Really only used the room to sleep but I was thoroughly disappointed. I paid around $230 and change for the two nights so the pricing was good an it didn’t bother me so much that I could hear the street traffic and people in the hallways. I figured it came with the price tag. What I did not expect was the uncleanliness I opened the bathroom to go open and lifting the lid revealed a stained toilet bowl and yellow muddy water. I was so disgusted and surprised I immediately flushed it. I should have take a picture in hindsight. Luckily the crap stain did not budge even after mutplie flushing so that I do have a photo of. Then I went to turn on the tv for some entertainment and every single channel was static. No tv the entire weekend, the bed was also not the best quality. I could see a visible imprint dent from where by body had laid. Felt sunken in all night. Also I was given two key cards and on only worked, both of them were just blank so I had to constantly guess which card was the right one to use. Finally the floor I was on had the smell of moldy bathhouse but that was likely due to the fact the roof had caved in probably due to water damage. It was only covered with a plastic tarp and tape. Those are the cons I experienced. On the flip side the customer service and front desk reps are very friendly and informative. You’re also given a complimentary welcome cocktail. Underwhelming and disillusioned experience.
