Wend there with my kids chose that hotel because the pool is out service they don’t let you know on the app or website. Stay for 2 nights they don’t came to clean are room or bring towels we have towels only the check in day we have 2 rooms. Same happen. I ask fromt desk is they have Loundry girl say no. We went to a local loundry wen we gete back isee loundry and ask a nother worker she say yes we do have. Normally I stay at places they came every morning to make beds take garbage. Bring clean towels. Not good for the price $$$

The room had good AC but the cleanliness was very questionable. Our sheets were dirty, the bed did not appear to be a king as stated in the description. The sofa bed was a very thin mattress that was too small for the sofa itself. The staff seemed bothered when we asked for help. Room service has to be requested a day in advance. Would definitely not recommend.

This Hotel needs some TLC yrs ago. Front lobby was nice and clean. But the rooms were bad. Beds were extremely hard, bathroom was falling apart, elevator was put together with regular scotch tap. Only good thing was the area we were in. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. But stay at your own risk.

Just a dirty hotel, mold in the rooms, staff very poor at customer service.. the beds are terrible. Sinks in the mattress. Sheets and linen are old and stained. Pillows are just terrible.. I'm sorry I had to endure it for a entire week because of the location to my business arrangements... would not recommend

Worst experience at a hotel in Florida
it was horrible, the room smelled awful and the wifi sucks. The continental breakfast was lacking breakfast. My recommendation is to charge a little more and provide quality service.

I thought the staff was good and I liked the hotel. However, there was a couple of things to mention. On one night a guest above me did Not throw out the garbage after eating in their room and or maybe their dog had an accident and they didn't clean it up and it left such a strong smell that I couldn't sleep all night. there should be rules that guests eating in their room should throw out the garbage. And that people with pets need to clean up after them immediately if they have an accident. Also, the toilets would be better if they were elongated , round ones are too small.

The hotel’s ambiance was unpleasant, reminiscent of a damp basement. The photographs displayed on the Expedia rental page were inaccurate. The pool was out of service, and the hotel room keys registered incorrectly, necessitating frequent visits to the front desk. The hotel room itself was unsatisfactory, emitting an unpleasant odor. The bathroom was plagued by leaks, and the overall experience was far from satisfactory, deviating significantly from the positive reviews and images provided by Expedia.
