As an in the airport hotel it was purely functional. It provided us with what we needed which was purely a bed for the night after as trains Atlantic flight. Have used it before and will again. The check in staff were great... Friendly and helpful.

In general a good hotel, especially if you need to stay a night between flights and your next flight is early morning. The hotel staff is very friendly and supportive. The bigest disadvantage is that the cleaning staff is very noisy - they don't care if somebody is taking rest and shouting from one end of the hole to another to ask each other about something.
