Difficult to find!
Absolute nightmare to find in the dark being hidden in an industrial estate and not knowing Milton Keynes at all with all it's roundabouts and minimum signing . Otherwise basic and comfortable. Good value for the money. A detailed location map would be helpful when booking!!

Recommend as a B&B but eat elsewhere.
The check in was excellent with Daniel looking after us. He organised a toasted sandwich for our lunch and some tea. The evening meal facilities were disappointing as they only had limited snacks on offer. The pizzas took a long time as staff did not seem to know the equipment. So good for bed and breakfast but we will dine out next time.

Good property and excellent location just off M1. One thing they need though…….prominent signage. Took 15 mins trying to find it and we were no more than 100 yards from the hotel!

The room was comfy and lovely and warm. Getting something to eat after 9pm was appreciated. Breakfast was a nightmare due to so many customers. What I normally eat when away was not quite available ( porridge in a pot for me to sort out to eat, and did not come ready hot and a shortage of condiments.
