Room temp was 75+ the entire time. Even with window open. Bathroom had hair in sink and tub. Hole in wall by phone. Stained linens on bed.

Seems tired. Place was renovated in 2017, I think, but it could use another refresh. I noticed some stains on my duvet color and the gym left a bit to be desired (couldn’t open the windows or change the thermostat either). I didn’t get a chance to try the pool. And the way to enter the hotel requires making a loop around the entire building, after grabbing a ticket at the parking gate. However, the breakfast attendant was fabulously friendly. They were able to accommodate a later check out (an additional 90 min) and hold my luggage until I was ready to go to the airport. Very convenient St. Paul location.

Great Stay and Friendly Staff!
Location was great to XCEL Energy Center and local restaurants and pubs. Just a short walk and the view was great! General Manager greeted and checked us in and he was very knowledgeable and informative about events and times to be aware of. I would stay again for future visits.

YAY: The front desk staff as well as the woman working breakfast were AMAZING!! Everyone was friendly and caring. Parking is cheaper than downtown hotels in which we have stayed. The room was clean and large. Bed was comfortable, great pillows. Nice size tv NAH: The air conditioner never fully cooled the room. It was cool outside so it wasn't unbearable but would have been nice to have the room cooler

Property is not located within amenities. If you’re up for a walk, there are great dining and typical attractions around a capital. Airport is a short drive. Property is near freeway but is relatively quiet.
