Nothing pairs better with the emerald green waters of the Gulf like the touch of green you will find all throughout Villa Lago 1952. Situated in a neighborhood inside a resort area is this magnificent gem of interior design and luxury.

You are immediately greeted by luxurious design as soon as you walk into the front door, where you can peer into the living room and see what’s in store. Once you have fully entered the living room, you will find the spacious open concept floor plan that blends the living room with the modern and updated kitchen. The updated furniture in the living is situated around a big, flat screen television, with the splashes of green readily visible in the coastal hue colored room.

The kitchen features dark wooden cabinets with granite countertops, offering enough space to host a tremendous meal. The stainless steel appliances also offer an updated and modern look, and with the open floor plan, the cook can easily watch television with the rest of the group while preparing a feast.

The upstairs living room also has its own flat screen television, with comfortable furniture and its own blend of coastal hues and splash of green. Each bedroom has a splash of green and has a respective bathroom to match the same style as the bedroom. Each bedroom also has its very own flat screen for entertainment purposes.

There is a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer for being able to do laundry in the comfort of the home. Step out onto the back porch to see a nice view of the lake and the fountain, and notice the grill for nights; you will want to cookout!

Fun Weekend
The property was nicely decorated and clean. There was a bit of a fruit fly problem but we realize that’s hard to control. The property is very close to Baytowne which was ideal for the teens. The bedrooms are very spacious. The living room was a little small for all of us but we made it work. The golf cart did have an issue on the first day and we couldn’t use it anymore which was sad because that was one of the reasons we went with the property. However, these things happen. Overall, it was a nice property.

My 50th Birthday
House was great and ideal for four couples. Plenty of space. We did have to Park one car somewhere else during our stay but noticed several other properties with 3 or 4. Golf cart help with that.

This house is probably the best we have stayed in so far. Plenty of room for our family of 8 including 4 bathrooms. The golf cart was nice to have to get around in and the neighborhood was great. We love Baytown Wharf with all of the shops, food, fun and games. It is just a short golf cart ride from the front door. The beach was a little farther away than we like but with the cart it was fine. Honestly there is nothing about this house that is negative. Great place, plenty of room, and very clean.

Great accommodations but property owner will not allow control of HVAC & water heater settings. We asked for more control of these settings and we were told no. So, should you like cooler evening sleep settings and warm showers for everyone, you might look elsewhere. For what this property costs to rent, and a zero refund policy, one would expect reasonable control of these settings. Other than this the place is very nice.

This place is absolutely perfect! Beautiful, Immaculately clean, great location, no smoking no pets so our allergy sensitive family had no issues, we barely used our vehicle, the beach, activities at Bay Town, grocery store, shopping and restaurants were a golf cart ride away, beautiful scenery and walking trails everywhere, we just didn’t stay long enough to enjoy everything , honestly a perfect vacation !

This property looked just like the pictures! Great location and lots of room for everyone to spread out to watch different football games, etc. Golf cart rides to the beach, restaurants, shopping! Wonderful! Beautifully decorated and well organized with everything you need.

The pictures don't do this listing Justice. Normally you get somewhere and you're like oh this looked better in the pictures. This place looks even better in person. It was stocked wonderfully, even more than we could have hoped for for all of our needs. We love to cook and it had everything. The golf cart ran perfectly and made our time in the community enjoyable. Location is superb allowing for a little break from all of Destin tourism but still enjoying Florida life. We would definitely stay again and recommend any of our friends and family.

Bummed the golf cart was not available. That was one of our requirements when searching property. More than two dishcloths should be provided. Couch is a pullout sofa, although I don’t recall that in the description.

We had 8 adults and were very comfortable. One bedroom on main floor, other three upstairs. Bathrooms had beautiful tile and glass showers. It was very nice, good location. Would recommend putting in some hot pads for the hot items from the oven. Also needed two more chairs for dining table. When you sleep 8, you need to seat 8! :-)

My family stayed in June 2019 at this unit for five nights. Unit was well laid out and very clean. All bedrooms were nice size and kitchen had a lot of useful appliances and kitchen utensils. There is a Keurig for coffee as well as a regular coffee pot. The ninja blender was especially nice to have. Kitchen has a large pantry with baskets to keep everything organized, I loved being at the end facing the water feature. The golf cart was nice to have. We love Villa Lago and My Vacation Haven and have rented from them for several years. The grill was out of propane, and was promptly refilled after notifying My Vacation Haven. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. I would definitely come back and stay there again.
