Property was nice and staff was so friendly and willing to help. The only downfall is that the trash wasn’t taken out in the bathroom in our room and smelt bad. Also the there was a lot of hairs and crumbs on the bed and under the sheets

Every aspect of our stay was magical! Beautiful, spacious room; convenient location (easily walkable to Pike Place market, etc.); friendly staff; Starbucks and cute market available right downstairs… I could go on, but instead, I would like to say that it exceeded our expectations in every way and I highly recommend this hotel!

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and our room was ready ahead of check in time. Room was spacious and very modern, clean ,comfortable and luxurious.We took the light rail from the airport and back again for our flight home and it was conveniently located only a block and a half from Hotel Theodore.It is also located only a few blocks from Pike Place Market and lots of options for dining. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Seattle! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent, with easy access to local attractions.

Liked the "old school" look and feel of the place. Is a very quiet facility, and the kitchen supplies were helpful. Did not like the place is dark, and needs more light in the rooms in my mind. I also was not happy that a $100 deposit is taken when you check in, this was never announced in pre booking, I had the money, but eveeryone wont have that to spare. It was returned no issue.

This is a fun automated hotel. No cash, which we don't do anyway. If you are not fond of technology or are easily frustrated by it, this might not work for you. We had to order room service to get a visit from the little delivery robot. A little learning curve on the elevator operation (I learned I am not patient and must wait for it to give me the go) but overall a great place with many restaurant options.
