A unique stay at a unique historic property. We had a one night stay and enjoyed the property and the staff. The hotel is slightly dated but full of character. The staff was outstanding and friendly Enjoyed an afternoon at Cielos the on site restaurant with drinks and lunch on the patio. If passing thru Tucson again, Lodge on the Desert will be our stay.

Loved the art all over the property. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, the restaurant area has plenty of board games to play with. The night we stayed over , there was a live jazz band. A heated swimming pool is also available ( we didn’t use it).

Good overall

Modern, clean, great beds, well designed bath. Elevator access, safe, secure parking.
