We stayed here for my husbands 50th birthday. The room was dirty. The walls were thin you can hear the tv from other rooms and them talking not yelling talking which privacy wasn't any. The bed was not hard as a rock and lopsided where you slopped to one side. The remote was held by tape. I will not stay here again.

They placed me by the elevator & the front doors has a 1/2 gap which allows noise to echo in the room. The dinging sound from the elevator kept me up all night. Windows facing outside are single pane & the sound of trains kept me awake as well. Typically, hotels place Expedia customers near ice machines & elevators & when I request a quieter location, I get denied based on availability. Lastly, at 7:00 a.m. the work staff made loud noises outside my door. I asked them to tone it down & they laughed loudly while walking away. Never again at this hotel.
