Both nights that I stayed in your Hotel, I was very impressed with your associates. I was there on Thursday and was greeted by Maddie and then again on Monday and was greeted by Ayana. Both of them are incredible young women and a great part of your team. Thank you for making my travels so wonderful.

Easy check-in and great customer service.

Very nice, new hotel. Plenty of parking, plenty of stores, restaurants and gas around the area. We did not eat the breakfast since it didn't start until 7am. Most start at 6am but we had to be someplace by 7:15. That was kind of inconvenient since we had to plan to stop someplace else.

The staff is always very friendly. It's very convenient to get to other areas of Birmingham.

Difficult to find the parking valet and how to get into the hotel

It was conveniently located near the event we was visiting.
