We loved everything about this property. The views were absolutely stunning. The location was ideal, customer service was outstanding and very professional. We would love to return and visit again someday.

Excellent service. Close to public transportation, shopping and dining options

My room was spacious and loved the view of the harbor and amusement park from the balcony. The changing colors of the Ferris wheel was mesmerizing but could easily close the curtains and black it out.. and not hear the excitement from the roller coaster which was fun. The soaking tub was perfect and spending two days here before leaving Japan was the best way to end two weeks exploring the country. The convenience of the attached mall and surrounding shops and noodles museum was great too. The staff was friendly and would definitely stay here again.

Love the hot spring and how close it was to most places. Room size may not be for everyone but I didn't mind it.

Customer service checking in and checking out was fantastic and helpful, it’s only a 5 minute walk to Yokohama Stasium and 2 minute walk to various train stations The room was large/ spacious and shad everything we needed and it was lovely that they gave my son a little present in the room for being his birthday When I rerun I will definitely not only be staying here again but I would use citidines as a brand
