House was big enough for a large party however pool not clean upon arrival,large sofa in living room very dirty needsto be replace or cleaned as do the pillows. General upkeep of property not great. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Good location. Pictures not accurate on VRB0.House needs updating and good cleaning

Spring Break in Naples

This location was clean and had a lot to offer. There is a ton of space and to relax and comfy beds to sleep in. We spent a lot of time in the heated pool and making meals in the kitchen. Would highly recommend this property to families and friends!

nice location with a lot of room

We needed a larger home for a golf trip. Having six rooms and all the bathrooms in this home was perfect for our group. This is our second time at the home because its clean and extremely well appointed too. The pool was a great bonus to have on a few hot days.

Good house for a large group

This house was great for our bachelorette group. Lots of space for everyone to be comfortable and was nice having a pool for everyone. Would recommend bringing your own towels for showering as the towels we were given were not all the same (some very small and thin) and most didn’t look like proper bath towels.

large roomy home to rent in Naples

In Naples Park there are not many homes this large - this owner made the most of the space - the 6 bedrooms and all the baths were roomy and nice. The home had everything we needed for a 5 day golf trip. the pool was nicely heated and even cleaned while we were there. The home was very clean, the wifi and tvs worked well! We hope the home is available next year for our trip - we would gladly return

Great house in North Naples

Overall the house was in a perfect location for our golf weekend. The communication with the host was very good and the house itself had plenty of room for our golf group. The living room area is very spacious and the kitchen has all the amenities you could ask for. The neighborhood is undergoing major street repair that when finished will make the house a great place to stay.

Great location convenient to bars and restaurants and highway access. Large, spacey, comfy, well supplied, and as advertised. Lots of room for 8 guys to spread out. Kitchen supplies were ample.

Great stay!

We had 12 people ranging from ages 21 to 70. This house was nicely appointed (especially the kitchen!) and we couldn't have asked for a better common area. We all were able to gather to watch TV or play games at the large dining table. The 6 bedrooms all offered privacy, and were relatively soundproof from the common area. This property was close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. All in all we had a wonderful time! Thank you Alex!

Football Event

We came down for football national event. The home had plenty of room to accommodate all the various age groups. It was clean and well organized. Appreciated the keyless entry! The only suggestions would be fix the slider going to pool as it kept getting stuck and difficult to open/close. Maybe put tvs in all the bedrooms. Also could use grilling tongs as there was only a small kitchen set to use. Overall, would absolutely recommend or rebook.

Perfect size and location for our family

We came to Naples because my daughter and 2 nieces were playing in a field hockey tournament over Thanksgiving weekend. We had 6 adults and 4 kids, and this house was PERFECT for us. The neighborhood is cute and safe. My 70+ year old mother in law went for walks every morning. The kids liked walking up to Dunkin Donuts for breakfast. And I walked twice up to Trader Joes to get groceries. There are a number of nearby restaurants too. The beaches aren't close enough to walk to, but there are several choices within a close drive. We really enjoyed Clams Pass. The beach chairs at the house were really nice to have. The kids swam in the pool (which was heated) every day and they loved having the upstairs space all to themselves. The house was clean and spacious. Alex was a super responsive and accommodating. Since we flew in on Thanksgiving, we had a delayed Thanksgiving dinner over the weekend, and other than a hand-mixer (but there were 2 potato mashers, so we were fine) the kitchen had everything we needed. Having 2 refrigerators was very helpful, although the ice makers weren't hooked up so we had to buy some ice but there were also a few ice cube trays. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we are ever back in Naples.

Convenient

Pros: Very spacious and overall a comfortable space for a large group of 8 or more. Plenty of bathrooms and there are two refrigerators also a large washer dryer Cons: The house itself is dated the furniture is worn and also dated this isn’t necessarily terrible but for the price it would be nice to have a more updated aesthetic The pool lights were not working They don’t supply many paper towels or trash bags They do have a broom but no mop for spills No basic cleaning supplies to wipe surfaces Check in time is 5pm which can be inconvenient since hotels allow check in at 3pm and sometimes earlier. They charge $150 for early check in and later check out. That seems like a lot especially during low season (summer months). Neutral: There are bugs because it’s Florida and it’s summer so come prepared and do not leave food out. This isn’t an issue with the property, this is actually very common for FL during the summer. We’re from Miami we spray our home biweekly and still have bugs in the summer. Overall it was a convenient and comfortable stay. The cons weren’t big enough of a deal to report during our stay however def things to consider before booking.

Great for a golf getaway with buddies

It was perfect for 8 guys who have been golfing together for over 30 years. It has all the necessary amenities and comfortable beds. The pool is refreshing. Great location.
