Excellent property!

The bedrooms are spread out with two of them having private bathrooms. Everyone was able to have their own space. Also, the open floor plan and huge kitchen made it great for spending time together. The pool was nice, too! Beaches are 5-7 minutes away. I would highly recommend this place!

Excellent property for a wonderful family vacation

We (family, 2 adults, one 11yr-old) spent one week in this beautiful vacation home in Naples Park during Christmas time. It is just as described on VRBO/EVOLVE and had everything we needed. It is clean, spacious, very well-maintained and -equipped, nicely located in Naples Park in a quiet neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the beach as well as local restaurants and shopping. The pool heating worked well and although temperatures dropped on a couple of days we were able to enjoy the pool in the afternoon. Communication with the property manager/owner was perfect. We would certainly come back and book it again. :-)

Great space for a small family get together.

This is the 3rd time my sister and I have brought our father (92 years old) back to Naples. This home was by far his/our favorite. Nicely decorated, great outdoor space at the pool, and close to 41. Highly recommend.

Spacious rancher that was super clean & accomidating. Baby friendly! The house had baby items like a pack & play, high chair & pool float. Located about 2 miles from a beach , and plenty of stores/restaurants right there. Neighborhood felt safe, but seems to be recovering from the storm still. We would rent here again!

Beautiful vacation House

We had a wonderful time while in Naples. This house was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. It was exactly as you see in the pictures. The homeowner was exceptionally nice and very accommodating . If we are ever in Naples again we would definitely choose this house again and would recommend it to our friends.
