This newly renovated Top Floor Condominium with elevator is an ideal spot for privacy at the exclusive Naples Bay Resort. Brand new Bamboo hard wood floors give you that rich inviting feeling of luxury. Brand New LG appliance center in 2022 included LG Tower Washer/Dryer, LG Gourmet Stove and Oven, Microwave and Refrigerator. As a Casper host home come enjoy the latest Casper Mattresses with elegant luxury linens for the sleep experience of your dreams. We are available for weekly and Monthly rentals. The resort is home to a masterfully designed resort pool complex with meandering lazy river, lap pool, zero entrance children's pool and an expansive sun deck with poolside cabanas: Located pool side is the Blue water Bar and Grill with a great happy hour. New in 2020 the resort now offer a Top Golf Swing Suite with a 1 of a kind Golf Simulator, and new world class Workout facility and a Peloton Bike Facility. Great accommodations in beautiful location!

We've stayed in several properties at the Cottages and this was the best one! Fully stocked with staples and extras that made it so easy to slide into vacation. Very comfortable accommodations. As close to home as possible -- and much better weather!

Perfect for us

We had a wonderful time at Michael's condo. It was extremely clean, convenient, and the complex offered all of the amenities (fitness and pools) that we and our small children needed while we were there. We would highly recommend to others.

Great property and location is amazing!

The condo was even better than the pictures. Mint condition and the most well stocked condo I have ever stayed in, couldn’t ask for more. The resort is beautiful, pool is great and the location is amazing. We walked everywhere and all great restaurants within walking distance. Definitely want to stay again!

Family Getaway - Bliss

This property was pure bliss and was accurately described - beautiful!! The owners have gone above and beyond to think of the little things that provide comfort and convenience. We were able to enjoy the resort pool, and felt catered to with the amazing staff and amenities. The beach was just a short drive away and was absolutely stunning. This vacation was a balance of fun and relaxation. The home was so comfortable that my family was able to unwind, order take out and enjoy movie nights after mornings on the beach. I can’t say enough about this place, we will definitely be back!! 5 stars!!

Very nice cottage

Michael, The cottage was very nice and a great location to all that downtown Naples has to offer. Furnished nicely with the island theme. Easy access with the elevator, luggage cart and covered parking. We did use the resort pool one day but mostly took advantage of the Gulf beaches, nature preserves and golf courses. The bed and bedding were very nice and all was as described in your description. We definately plan on coming back!

Amazing time at this amazing property!

Mike and Jane were fantastic hosts and there are many reasons why their unit receives such rave reviews. They left us a nice welcome card and bottle of wine. The condo is in a perfect location, just a couple miles to 5th Ave and 3rd St. Just 3 miles away from the 64 dedicated pickleball courts where the US Open is held each year. The Naples Bay Resort itself is beautiful as well. The pools were fantastic, the grounds were nicely manicured, and the staff was always nice and helpful. Our flight back home was already in the evening, but Southwest emailed us three days before the flight to let us know the departure time would actually be delayed 3 hours, leaving at 8:55pm. When I told this to Mike and Jane, they let us stay in their unit for a few hours past check-in and had their cleaning crew come later so that we could enjoy an extended last day in Naples due to the delayed flight. They’re just good people and we felt like it was important to them that we were happy. The unit itself is awesome. It’s fully stocked with everything you need. The coolers, four Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, etc. were all great to have. The covered and dedicated parking space was sweet as well. My wife and I are so happy that we stayed at Mike and Jane’s place for the week. It was the perfect getaway and we’re very appreciative that they offer their place to the rest of us at such a great price. Thank you!!

Very inviting decor in condo and everything worked!

Condo was very nice, very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. everything you need to make a meal and really nice dishes-just what I would want if I lived in beautiful Naples! Highly recommended also because of location-so easy for us to drive to Marco Island. No problems with all the TV’s -they all worked beautifully !

What a lovely place this is and so relaxing. Thank you for the wine - it tasted great. The kitchen is stocked really well and all the extras in the bathroom are such a nice touch. Any other condo we have stayed at has not been stocked like this one. Beach supplies are awesome too. Condo is quiet and spacious. The pool and poolside drinks & food are delicious. Thank you.
