You can walk west and in minutes your relaxing on the Gulf of Mexico beach or grab a bite to eat at the Ritz Carlton beach bar. Enjoy the beach all day and return to a breathtaking sunset. Just a stones throw away from the Turtle Club too.
Once the sun has gone down head 2.5 blocks east to the Mercato Shops and enjoy the best night life Naples has to offer. From high end restaurants such as the Capital Grill, casual dining at The Pub or dancing to live music at The Blue Martini. In addition there are over a dozen other upscale watering holes and restaurants along with retail shops. The Mercato is anchored by Whole Foods Market.

High Tide boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. It has a great feeling of openness with over 2000 square feet of living space under air. The main living area features a new 70" smart TV (Netflix, Pandora capable) along with Comcast cable which offers over 125 channels and Comcast's advanced WiFi speed for blazing internet. Other features include high ceilings / doorways throughout, beautiful crown molding, granite counter top, paneled cabinets in kitchen. Plus a two car garage, tile roof and paver driveway.
Walk through the full wall of sliders and enjoy outdoor dining in the screened lanai.

The pool deck is equipped with three lounge chairs, high top table and a Weber grill. The pool chemistry is checked weekly by a professional pool tech and the pool is vacuumed the morning you are due to arrive.

We had an absolute great experience! The pool was phenomenal and the house was very clean on arrival. The house has literally everything you could possibly need and more by far the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in. The owner was very responsive when we messaged and fixed our issues in no time! The beach is just around the corner and is in a perfect location to the house! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling this way!

The house was beautiful and in such a friendly neighborhood we couldn’t have asked for better, having a screened in pool was such a treat! It was very well appointed, everything we needed was available for our use. The house was extremely clean inside and out. The location was fantastic we hopped on the bicycles and went out for dinner just up the road, there are restaurants groceries and shopping minutes away.

Perfect Summer Getaway
This was such a fabulous place for our family of 8! The home is spacious and well appointed! We practically lived in the pool, and when we had to take refuge from the occasional late afternoon storm, the covered lanai was the perfect spot! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals for the week and the spacious living room was great for movie nights. We appreciated the close proximity to shops and the beach, and the park pass was a nice bonus! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to return!

I could of stayed for longer. No complaints. Great house and a great location (closer to Mercato and Ritz) was the other side of Naples park is better.

Great for long stay
We really enjoyed our stay at this property for 3 weeks. The house has everything we needed for this longer stay. We had a few small issues, but the property owner was very responsive in handling them quickly. The area was perfect for what we wanted - a 5 minute bike ride or 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Beach chairs and bikes were provided. And about the same distance to Mercato. The house was very clean and we found the main bed to be very comfortable. The pool area is nice and loved having the pool heated for us. All the basics were provided for us in the kitchen and bathrooms. (spices, dish soap, laundry soap, etc). It was well maintained consistent with its age. We would not hesitate to return if we wanted to stay in this area again.

Wonderful home for family time. The pool was fantastic the owner responded to any and all concerns. 40 minutes from the airport. Ice cream only a bike ride away. Beaches less than a mile. All beds were comfortable plenty of bathrooms. Large open space and baby gate on pool.

Excellent property for big group/family
We always stay at Naples Park, but this house in particular has all the amenities you need with plenty of space and beds. It comes equipped with bbq, bikes, inflatables, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, toiletries, basic seasonings at kitchen area, even coffee and sunblock!! Easy checkin, great communication with management and no issues at all. We will definetely come back.

Nice clean home located in a beautiful neighborhood!
My family and friends (4 adults, 5 children) stayed in this house for our week long vacation. Nice roomy house with a pool that has a safety gate. The beach was beautiful! It was a two minute drive, paid parking 10 dollars a day. Also Mercato shops a short drive away.

Perfect 2 family rental
We travel with another family every winter. We usually cruise but because of Covid we could not do that this winter but we still wanted to take a much-needed vacation. Everyone had their wish list of what they wanted in a home and this checked off almost every box. The location was perfect - less than a mile from Vanderbilt Beach / Ritz Carlton / Mercato Shops and restaurants. Having two bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each room is very difficult to find and having each kid in their own bed was a huge lifesaver! Not to mention that there were 2 additional cot beds and a pack and play for those families with more kids. The house listing was very accurate and communication with the owner was excellent. We would not only stay here again but we would highly recommend it to other families.
