I booked the Japanese suite, it’s very spacious like a two bedroom suite, my two teen boys have futon on one side, me and my husband had mattress on the other side of the room, in between there is a living room setting with sofa , tv, desk, bar table, the bathroom is quite big with toilet and shower separately, the foyer can store our five big luggage’s, it’s 15 mins shuttle between hotel and airport, very convenient and efficient, overall it’s the best choice we had in Tokyo so far.

The hotel was accommodative to my request for a room with an airport view at a high floor, which had a fantastic view by the way. Breakfast was filling and delicious.

Great place and a free bus to and from the airport. I will certainly stay here again

I like this hotel. It was a great experience an conviently next to the keisai station. I didn't like that i didn't get to go check out the public spa but im not to upset i know tattoo ban is a cultural outlook unique to japn. They even have a shuttle to the airport and they will store your luggage after checkout if you dont got to catch your plane right away you can go burn time in tokyo.

Total bargain. Clean. Modern. Great staff. So much easier to sleep here for an AM flight than try and commute out from Tokyo.

Good place to stay in if you have to catch up NRT flight next morning, shuttle bus is convenient however it was always packed as shuttle service share with other hotel. Shuttle to shopping mall and NRT station is also ava. However service schedule is not that frequent and same problem happens, packed.
