Cleanliness disappointing

We've just returned from a 6,350 mile road trip where we stayed in plenty of hotels - most all of them exactly as promised...not this one! The staff did allow us a 2 hour early check-in, which was appreciated. Upon entering the room we quickly noticed that the room had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. It was dated and soiled on EVERY surface. The sheets appeared to be clean but all other furniture, surfaces, sink, toilet, shower, microwave, ect. were very dirty. The AC was not able to pull humidity out of the air and left everything feeling wet and smelling like mildew. My wife tried to take a shower but after 60 seconds, the grey water had backed up on her feet and did not drain for the next couple of hours. The coffee pot still had leftover grounds in it and had started to mold. The breakfast had good options and it did appear clean. It was an inexpensive option, but we'd recommend you spend an extra $20/night and avoid this disaster.

I came and somebody checked in under my paid booking. The staff took good care of everything and gave me another room. They should verify the last name and first name of each guest. A lot of people have similar surnames.

The staff was wonderful and accomodating, even were willing to give us a refund when we decided to cut our stay short. However, that's where the positives end. The rooms were smelly and gross. The carpet was full of stains. There was a ton of black mold in the bathroom ceiling and mouse droppings under the sink. We also saw a cockroach running along the top of a mirror. We had reserved for two nights but left after one. Although the staff was wonderful, we will not be coming back here

Very old needs update Room not like website photos. We had very old shower very short in height as well. Bed metal frame squeaked with any movement. Had metal pieces in rm 109 like they were left from repairs. Staff was nice but property low quality not like photos on website.

This hotel had the best price compared to all the others, and despite a major concert happening 40 miles away, they still had available rooms. However—LOL—there was no hot water. The biggest frustration, though, was their inability to print or email my receipt, claiming that since I booked online, I had to retrieve it through the booking platform. There was also a price discrepancy: the hotel listed the rate at $45.71, while Expedia showed $49.05. While that difference is somewhat understandable, I would have preferred to receive a receipt directly from the hotel with the same price for my expense report to avoid any confusion. That said, I was glad to find this place, and for the price, it’s a solid option if you need a place to stay. As for the Rock the Country music festival in York, Pennsylvania, it’s expected to bring in around 40,000 attendees over two days, with about 25,000 people per day. Held at the York State Fairgrounds, the lineup includes major acts like Kid Rock and Nickelback.

There was no hot water in my room... had to pay extra 50$ deposit for jacuzzi room that has no hot water. Staff was smart mouthed and disrespectful. Was more worried about the number of pancakes I can eat versus getting hot water in my room
