The hotel look nice but the bed was very hard not enough comfortable pillows the shower handle was coming out of the wall it was very hard to turn it on. For it to Hampton Inn and Suites you would think it would be more upscale. The staff was nice as we entered good walking distance from everything. They need to improve on their rooms and making sure everything is working properly.

Hotel was great. Bed was only issue. Old/boxy. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Can't say enough about how helpful and friendly staff were. Front desk helped with taxi service, and valet service was impeccable. Door men were friendly and helpful. They deserve all the tips.

The Hotel is an scam, no parking close to the property you have to park 1 block away from the hotel and is 30 dollars a day, they charge me 100 dollas for a valey that a never used , worst hoyel ever.
