The stay was fine, the staff was kind of rude to us whenever we had any questions. They told me at the beginning of my trip that I had paid in full and had no amount owing. This is true, I paid fully through Expedia months before our trip from Nov 26-29, 2024. At the end of our trip during check out, the front desk lady said we had no balance owing and were good to go. That same day, I found two pending charges on my credit card for $140.10 and $390.00. I asked the front desk lady what those were and she said they won’t be charged, I owe nothing. I get home and on December 2, 2024, I have a charge posted to my card from the hotel of $542.47. I’ve tried to get in touch with the hotel but I left a message and no one is returning my calls. I also sent in an online inquiry and no one is responding to that either. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. They scammed me.

I love the artistry and french influence in the decorations. It definitely is in close proximity to everything, the Superdome in one direction, the French Quarter and Canal Shopping in the other direction. The staff is A . There was some issues with the elevator but the staff eas wonderful in keeping everyone under control.

Overall good experience except.
The water in the shower did not get hot at all, I get the hotel was sold out for bayou classic but I wasn’t expecting to take a cold shower, also the air conditioning unit was really loud when I turned it on. Overall experience was great besides those things mentioned above.

Only 1 elevator working...very slow vertical movement. No internet in hotel; had to use hotspot. Room assigned was smaller than typical in hotel....no desk or chair or BR counterspace. BR so small toilet seat couldnt layback enough to stay up

Hotel lobby was beautiful and complimentary PB and J’s at night was also fun. I don’t think our room was worth the price other than the location. The plug in the bathroom didn’t work and the TV sound didn’t match up with the picture and we couldn’t get it to consistently work well with the internet.

I booked a 1 king bed room and was provided a double bed room. As the front desk auditor that was working stated that things are done before she gets to work. If I booked through a third party she would need to see confirmation to change the rooms. I’ve used Expedia multiple times and I’ve never had this experience where the reservation was not in the system.

Great Location for a Saints Game
We had a great stay. People were friendly, the room was nice and location was awesome for a Saints game. Easily walkable to most things. There were some issues with the elevators working.
