From start to finish and even my preliminary questions, this property was A-1! In the heart of the city, it was beautiful. The restaurants in the resort were great as well. It was also a great addition that I received a discount on some of the attractions in the areas. Highly recommend!

Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Joe, the Valet, who kindly assisted us with our luggage and handed it over to Mr. Johny, the Bellman. Mr. Johny then escorted us to the check-in desk and subsequently guided us to our room, providing valuable insights and information about the local attractions during our walk. The hotel's maintenance and cleanliness were highly commendable. Despite the unforeseen disruption caused by Hurricane Francine during our stay, the staff displayed exceptional professionalism by keeping us well-informed about the necessary safety measures. Overall, it was a highly satisfactory experience for our first visit to New Orleans. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip, as the location is ideal for exploring the French Quarter.

Really nice property with a phenomenal pool set up. Went in August and there was hardly anyone there. Night was still hopping on bourbon st though. We will go back to New Orleans and we will absolutely be staying here. Book with confidence!

This is the place to stay if you want to be in the thick of the French Quarter. The staff were friendly and always helpful. Dining options onsite were convenient but there is plenty near by. Rooms were also spacious and clean. Keep in mind it will be noisy, especially if you have a street facing balcony room but the fantastic blackout curtains make up for that.
