This was one of the best, affordable hotels we've ever stayed at. We were in town to see the orchestra at Saeger Theater and it was super convenient to walk to. There's so much to do right around the hotel, lots of good places to eat, shopping, things to see nearby. The hotel itself is a gem. It's pretty, and we stayed in a suite that had a full size washer and dryer in it, and it was huge. There was a kitchenette with a stove and a dishwasher and a microwave as well as a fridge, all small of course, but the beds were comfortable, it was quiet, we didn't hear any noisy patrons or any noise at all, and it's very modern and newly renovated it seems. The staff was super friendly, shout out to the woman at the front desk this morning for giving us great advice where to go get coffee. I love new orleans, everyone's just so friendly. 10 out of 10 would stay there again and I rarely say that about any hotel because most are adequate but forgettable. This place was memorable. Not to mention, it didn't even break the bank!

I was placed on the second floor where there is convenient trash chutes /laundry room/ gym/ ice machine/ soda machine. I checked in on a Wednesday night and the bar was closed until Friday night and open through the weekend. Staff was pleasant and brief.

This is a beautiful property inside. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. It had a newer washer and dryer and the location was great for walking to the sports venues and the French Quarter. However, the water pressure was very low, I stayed on the 7th floor, and I was only given enough towels for one person. Even after maid service, there was still only enough towels for one person. Also, there was an ironing board but no clothes iron. The most annoying amenity (?) in my suite was the square toilet, which was not, and I repeat,NOT, bottom friendly. Overall, I liked my stay here but next time I would look for a different hotel first.

Rooms exceeded our expectations, very big and clean. Bathroom very big with a wonerful shower! The roof t pool area was huge, however, water was cold, would be nice if heated. Getting to pool was quite the experience a lot of doors and halls. I would recommend this hotel on Canal street , 10 minute walk to Boubon Street or 11 minutes to hop on bus.

It was a wonderful full, the room was Beautiful yet simple & elegant. The bed was nice, soft & comfortable. There was plenty of outlets for your electronics. The only thing that was missing/needing was a microwave. And the front desk lady could be more friendly & loose the attitude.

Just came back from a trip to see a Saints game and this is where I stayed. Here is my review for location, cleanliness, check in/check out, and overall rating. Location: Great location on canal street. There is a street car stop literally right outside the door which is a HUGE plus for getting around town. No need to get a car if you are just planning to explore downtown. The street car goes all the way down canal street to Caesar's Casino with a stop right there at Bourbon street. The hotel is close enough to the action of downtown without the disturbing loudness. Cleanliness: Very clean and nice! It does have the look of an old building that has been restored so there are a few scratches and such but it doesnt make the place feel dirty. Check in/out very easy. My room was ready 2 hours before i had planned which was a plus!! The hotel offers luggage storage for a small fee so if you arrive early and your room isnt ready yet, you can drop off your baggage and go explore downtown until your room is ready. Overall it was a great space and I would definitely stay again.
