Totally ghetto!!!
The curtain couldn’t close, everyday there was maintenance issue!! Flickering & dying light bulb at the make- up table on day 1, TV malfunctioned & had to be replaced on day 2 & the heater broke down overnight & had to wait for maintenance to arrive after 7am the next day on day 3!!! Peeling ceiling paint in the corner of the bathroom. Ghetto as Hell!! Front desk wouldn’t give me Hilton Honors points because I booked through Hotel.com!!

Wish Expedia would have shared this information with us on their website apparently the hotel noted this on their website May have to reconsider Expedia’s website for any sort of bookings. e

Property outside was under construction and we weren’t notified until after booking. It wasn’t a problem. We only were staying one night and didn’t check in till 930pm. Breakfast was better than most places. Queen beds at the Hampton as with other budget friendly hotels seem smaller. If you’re going to be under construction maybe offer a discount.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It is clean and close to the outlets which are awesome! Lots of great do going choices nearby and rooms are very nice. Have stayed numerous times while visiting my child at college and would stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Five stars for the staff. There was construction on the outside, but the inside also needs work. The wallpaper was peeling away from the windows, there was no hot water in our shower, the whirlpool didn't work in the hot tub, and water ran from the ceiling behind the paint in the pool area.

barely any toilet paper upon check-in had to request. Freezing cold showers because the shower faucet was stripped even though the clerk told us just to leave it running for 40 minutes. Still was freezing water finally fixed it like warm water the next day. Stayed in room 226 whoever was above sounded like they were bowling all night

The rooms are rundown. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. Shower was not very clean. Repairs were attempted on the ceiling in the bathroom and it was very poorly done. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Property was nice, breakfast was great, but the thermostat in our room broke and we had to deal with uncomfortable temperatures. Unfortunately it coincided with our pet’s rapidly declining health (completely unrelated), so we didn’t get it fixed while we were dealing with our pet and just dealt with an uncomfortable night.

The property was very dated for the price. Some of the staff were not very friendly and could not answer simple questions. For the price of the hotel I excepted much more. Usually I love the Hampton.
