It was a nice place when we first arrived, the doorman opened the door for us which was nice. Getting to our room for the first time we encounter a glass cup on the floor unattended, assuming it was one of the workers, even after having a whole time of getting ready and checking out the room, the glass was still there in all its glory. The room was nice, bed a little stiff, very easy to hear other people from other rooms which was annoying, view wasn’t great at all, the air didn’t get too cold which isn’t a good thing. 2 free water bottles, the elevators were small and cramped, you can’t fit more than 4 people in there. And the guest service desk people are very stern and quick when you talk to them.decent experience, a bit too overpriced for a single night, but I assume that’s due to the neighborhood/location.

Staff was so nice! Room nice bed comfy extra towels. Only down spot was outlets in room did not all work. Very nice hotel for the money a block from Grand Central. Doormen and bellman make this spot great!

Hotel did not honor IHG upgrade program as advertised, then FALSELY claimed I smoked a cigar in the room and hallways. There was an unlit cigar that was left on a desk. Beds are not comfortable, and this hotel is NOT up to IHG standards. AVOID!
